It has a decent population, but I wouldn't expect to meet a whole lot of nice people right off the bat (Well, maybe in the training grounds. I find you get along better with people you start off with). It has a lot of bots right now, too, so don't be surprised if you log off one night and come back the next morning to see the exact same people just killing stuff.

I believe so. I haven't been to very many places yet, but I expect places like Payon Dungeon would be pretty crowded.

I've decided i'm making a monk. Not sure if i want an agility combo monk, or w/e else they have.

I personally have never had a big interest in monks. Their skills work in weird ways and such.

The average player count in the past two weeks or so has been hovering around 1,800. Probably about 15% of them are bots. For comparison purposes, Chaos and Loki have been around 650 and Iris has been at around 300. smile

I know RO isn't exactly the most popular game, but I would have figured more people would be on the server. Ah well, training is rough enough with the bots as it is.

Valkyrie will almost certainly continue to grow as more pserver players learn about it, and as people get bored with whatever games they're playing temporarily, like Warhammer.

I played for a while with a whole bunch of my friends. But it's hell exping at 1% solo.
I kind of liked zOMG during closed beta so I'll probably drop Valk for it when the 4year oldbies are let in. <3;
