Ugh. I know we're not supposed to talk about PS' so I'll just say one thing about them: There is an epic lack of community and teamwork.

Man, what the hell. All the gates out of Prontera have insanely hard monsters at them. I'm thinking the bots did this so we have to keep hearing their god damn pointless message.

Mmm... no. The zeny spammers aren't doing that. Bored people are usually the ones who use DBs, or people who are trying to kill item-hunting or leveling bots. The GMs ban/silence the zeny-selling spam bots on a regular basis, but because it's a free server there's nothing stopping the bots from just making hundreds of new accounts.
Supposedly, sometime early in November, the GMs are implementing something new to keep bots away. Unsure of what this bot-eliminating tool IS, but we'll see how it works. smile |

I don't even mind the bots so much anymore, but the people who DB are really pissing me off. I was trying to help a Spanish girl get to Prontera Church and that Thanatos slave that can turn invisible killed us both one map before the Prontera gates.
If that kind of s**t continues after the bots are hopefully stopped, something needs to be done about it. |

Yay! I got the list updated. And I know this may sound weird, but I actually like the random DB's. XD I enjoy the feel of excitement and feeling of danger at times, and I just have a fun time trying to run away or not get attacked. It's a dream of mines one day to kill all bots I see with a DB. As insane as that sounds. Also, I wanna make a Non WoE guild. I want a social guild, since I'm sick of people being so quiet in all the damn towns. No one ever seems to just want to have a conversation. They all want to just level up. D; |

There's nothing that CAN be done about it, though. The point of DBs is to release a random monster. If you release a Sword Guardian on Valkyrie you PROBABLY won't be able to kill it even if your intention was to kill whatever came out of the DB.

I know what you mean with the towns thing. Well over 18 people were sitting at a gate in Prontera, and not a single person was saying anything. And man, Acolytes and Priests refuse to heal you even if you ask very politely. D:
Anyway. People can do whatever they want with DBs, yeah, but why must they constantly release them in the newer, easier areas? I understand it's supposed to be a bot counter-measure (or so I think) but it hurts the regular players more than the bots. |

I just read about this today, and I'm so excited. No more private servers for me. I hope that there will be a lot of people on this server. Still thinking about what class to make... i've always liked mages.... hmmm.
