How're your equips? If you have a wind element weapon you might be able to do Siroma and if you have fire element weapon migaos maybe. Depending on your dex, you could temporarily use bow as a thief (fire arrows too). Hopefully you have money.....ice pick is one of the main daggers and worth a lot. There is also hodes and frilldoras which drop exp quest items

EDIT Id try lhz_fild01 (one north of Lighthalzen). It has a bunch of metalings and also some caramels for getting porcupine quills. There's also a bunch of people though

Course you'll definitely want advice from other people since I'm sorta new too...
Only places I've trained in is Pront area, Ein, Louyang, Payon Dungeon, Morroc areas, Siroma (ID), and Myst Cases (xmas dun)

You cooould try Mi Gaos in Louyang as Albican said, though you'd pretty much be there to hit it once and run in circles while a mage or archer kills it. :3 Unless you have decent dex, a bow and fire arrows, then you could be killing it while someone else runs around. x.x
Good exp though.
At that level I'd usually take my thief one south of Einbroch, killing Metalings. They hit pretty hard, but if you have lotsa novi pots it should be fine. Not tooo many on the map though.
I've never tried Siromas, they look hard, but they seem popular for some reason. o.O I'm not that good at leveling spots, so I'd wait for other responses. x.x;

I used a different thief build that had like.....1 vit.
Equips look like npc stuff and Skull Ring is useless.

Not sure...sorry.... That's why I play chars that don't require as many equips in the beginning

And I like the music that they play in the field.

It's way better than the disgusting Einbroch.

And Metalings, they die pretty quickly, but damn, they hit hard.
