I don't know what you mean by autocasting, since Super Novices don't get Hindsight. Are you asking about gear that autocasts spells? The Vanilmirth hat from the Kafra shop, and the Rabbit Magic Hat, are good option for bolt skills (and the Rabbit Magic Hat sometimes autocasts Heal).

The Wiki has a lot of good information about the Super Novice class.

Well, you're a bit limited in that regard, since Super Novices are left out of a lot of equipment options. The aforementioned hats work, but mostly you're going to want to look for cards. I know of a few: Grand Peco is a headgear card that auto-casts Gloria, Loli Ruri is an armor card that auto-casts Heal, Geographer is an armor card that auto-casts Blessing at the level you've learned, Enchanted Peach Tree is a shield card that auto-casts Heal at the level you've learned, and Muscipular is a shield card that auto-casts either Heal or AGI Up. The Geographer and Enchanted Peach Tree cards are part of the Acolyte card set; while Acolyte class characters obviously receive the most benefit from it, it's not a bad set overall and it's one you might want to look into. There are other cards that auto-cast various skills, but I can't really remember them right now.
in ragnarot i can build cool if cant build cool
