Im playing on the free server on ragnarok and im lv 20. Can someone help me lv up please.

Well first, what class are you? There'd be a big difference between levelling a swordsman and, say, an archer. A swordsman tanks and takes a lot of hits but with little damage, while an archer has to stay farther away and fight from distance.

go payon dun. till around lvl 35 - 40
then go to the second floor or orc dun. till you are ready to ascend to 2nd class job

Merchant level 20? Spores around Payon, until they're too easy. Then go for wolves. After all, you want to get more job then base on first job. If you want a LOT of base, try going after Hodes around 35ish. The earthworm peelings give you crap for job, but awesome base XP.
