As a Wiz at least it's fun. You can just stand in the background and cast spells while the trans characters take them on. Sure, I may not do much damage, but it's fun.

And I like seeing all these monsters I don't think I'd ever see.

Sadly, DB's hate me. I bought like 5 of them, and got nothing interesting. D:

Oh, seriously? This message makes it sound like there is a party of Lord Knights waiting there 24 hours a day every day tanking everything including MVPs for wizards to come and assist them.

It's simply too naive for any wizard or even high wizard to expect ideal storm gust targets there; you LOSE much more experience than you could ever hope to gain just by stepping foot onto that map whenever a high level mob or a MVP is on it.

Even if I do lose EXP, I don't see such a big deal with it. At least I don't delevel like in FFXI.

I can understand that! This is why there are always people standing around on that map at all hours of the day. They expect something is always happening there and they're usually right!

South Pront is one of the funnest places to go to when you finally reach a high level.

I don't know about that; a few of those were even MVPs! I don't know any class capable of soloing Beelzebub and especially not Ifrit!

I've soloed Ifrit and Beelzebub before, it's easy make a lk, max it and then just zerk and make sure you have a weapon with a card that'll auto cast heal like crazy.

Edit: Ifrit and Valk Randgris are major pain in the a** with Earthquake. My LK has 600k hp when zerked; Randgris' EQ takes about 450k and Ifrit's EQ takes about 200-250K.

Is this even on a legitimate server? It certainly doesn't sound like it because the word "zerk" sounds like a shorter form of Berserk. Berserk is a name only kRO players would use to describe that skill because the official iRO name for that skill is Frenzy.

This message makes it sound like any Lord Knight with Frenzy and a well carded weapon can solo Ifrit or Beelzebub! That simply isn't true because Beelzebub won't even be affected by any normal weapon because it's ghost type!

Ifrit as was mentioned before has earthquake and of all the MVPs; it hits the HARDEST and the FASTEST so it will definitely kill you quickly even if you're a Lord Knight with Frenzy on!

I don't know if it was just me, but aren't some of them like gentle giants?

I remember seeing 2 guardians in south pront and they didn't hurt anyone who didn't hurt them.

No, it's a common weakness in the AI of mini-boss/MVP slaves/mobs. You must have seen a Byorgue's mob then. A Byorgue's mob like a Hydrolancer's mob is often passive IF the mini-boss itself isn't attacking anyone at the time!

It's not meant to be funny but to serve as a warning to those who see them that a mini-boss/MVP is on the map!
