Personally I'm gunning for better combo skills for Shuras (or whatever the hell they call them in iRO.) The way things are now, Champ combos are pretty fun, but they aren't the least bit practical.
A full Champ combo uses 5 spirit spheres and over 70 SP, and has quite a long animation delay. Sure the damage is massive, but if you're going up against an enemy that has enough HP to survive your full combo, odds are that enemy had high Def as well... Which means it probably could have been taken out with Occult Impaction,
which comes at a much lower SP cost and with considerably less danger to your person.
Depends on the enemy, I'd say. Even in WoE/PvP.
You have freaks like sinXes that have lots of HP even with s**t for vit, and even high vit people have variants in defense. (I mean, like...depending on what I'm doing, my armor defense varies anywhere from 46 to low 60's. And the high end is when I'm leveling, and the low end is when I'm in PvP.)

But yeah, like Phoenix said, we don't have any info yet. *continues happy magical imagination journey anyway*
Wishfully thinking, I'd actually hope that they go in different directions as to what they've done with the trans classes. For example, assassin cross is really all about the daggers - Meteor Assault and Soul Destroyer are best with dual-wielding (even before ice picks). Enchant Deadly Poison is kind of a tossup (godly for everything), but the higher dex of dualwielders means they can actually make SB hurt. (Okay, crits get AKM. But - like - dualwielders also kind of get AKM, since yeah.) But it's been rumored that guillotine cross revives crit builds from the dead, and I believe that it's been officially stated that they focus on poison skills.
Going to champions - champs complain that they don't get anything because...like...everything is thrown into Glacier and Chain Crush. Okay, lol RPS - which has a 1s delay and pushback. And you can't regen SP while using it (sup fury).
If I had to put my money on Asura (the job, not the skill - and yes, I know it's "Shura," but that's just translation issues), they'd probably focus more on spirit skills.
