Where do you find out where to post a question about your gaia house not loading when you try to arrange the items in it? Its not really a question people ask alot but I cant seem to figure out where to post it to get help so I posted it here.

Same here, I try using the report method of posting about the bug but I get no replies and there isnt any sticks really -directly- addressing this.

my question is, what can i do? We need help and no one is responding. It' not cool that you spend real life money on a card cash and find your house doesnt work.

People will continue to avoid GAia if this continues.

I'm not regularly in this forum but can I just suggest that the FAQ link be much larger and more prominent? Sure, this has nothing to do with the content of the FAQ but I feel that that the content of the FAQ doesn't matter if no one can see the tiny link we have on top of the more useful Gaia A-Z Replacement we have now. I'm confused as to why it wasn't added to our new and improved tab-bar thing.

I think there should be reminders that the later generations of an evolving item will eventually evolve because there has been many many many posts about people's 14th generation alruna's rose not having all of their poses, and a reminder to let people know that they should search gaia if their question has not been asked already. The repeat questions always crowd the forum pulse. The forum pulse should only be questions that have no replies and let questions have an option to show whether or not it has been answered and put it in the database so people can look up that same question and get the answer. I hope that's not too much to ask. sweatdrop

Im not sure if you realize this but how about putting the banning report form and the feedback form links somewhere where users can find them. They are no where to be found and I dont think users should have to search for the feedback form.

You need info on bannings that answer these questions:
Can you get banned if you get botted stuff from trades or marketplace?
How do you get help if someone gives you botted stuff and you didnt know?
If you get banned and you didnt do anything wrong what can you do?
Can bumping/posting a lot be mistaken for botting? If it is and you didnt bot what can you do?
What is a bot?
What is a script?

((These are all things I want to know but cant seem to get answers to about my main. Gaia customer service sucks.))

It's worth noting that the BBCode help page is no longer available - I used to be able to find it by searching for "bbcode" and following the link in the first result, but that no longer works.

I also heartily agree with suggestions for making the scam/hacking report forms easier to find. A lot of people miss them at the bottom of the main forum page because they don't scroll down that far - maybe a link in one of the dropdowns like My Gaia would be handy.

I know this is an old thread, but I really need to suggest that you also go into detail about keeping your accounts safe on Gaia. I made threads with Firefox addons and such that are helpful with that. Please please include that in any hacking FAQ you have. Gaia can't fully protect everyone, and people need to know how to keep themselves safe.
