Updating the GAIA FAQ, we need your feedback!

While there is a signature FAQ, I would like the wording to be changed.
"Profile page" to "account preferances."
Also, if there will be a guide to BBCode put up, have "BBCode" linked to that page.

More or less, this is what I mean:

I defiantly agree with this. It needs to be severely expanded. A lot of people don't read and realize what is the allowed signature height and width as well as overall file size, even though these are right on the page when you go to change your signature. A lot of people also do not realize that posting images that can cause seizures and migraines aren't allowed either. This all should be started in the FAQ, in one easy reference guide so people that are on the Q&A helping can just pull up the link to it when someone is complaining out their signature being banned instead of having to go to 2 different pages and quote from each of the separately.

On another note it would probably be a good idea to have a section explaining what to do when the games don't work for people. IT would be good to explain a lot of the most common solutions to all the wonderful game glitches that we do see, like Cards not loading. Like giving everyone a list of things to do before they complain in a forum about things not working. How about putting a link in all the games to said 'self solution' guide. Like clearing cache, cookies and everything that could possibly be the users fault for why things aren't working right. I think it would help clear up a lot of spam in the forums.

Yeah that's all i can think of atm, but if I think of something else, I will surely post again.

The program works for other websites but not gaia..at least not on my computer.

I would like to know how to change my birthday on this site. When I signed up I set it off by one day and I'd like to fix it.

If I go into the FAQ and search on "birthday" it sends me to my profile, or it sends me to my "preferences" page, depending on which link I click. Neither of those has a field where I can change my birthday.

Thank you guys for making the effort to improve the faq. I appreciate the hard work, and anticipate the awesome results you guys tend to give.

A problem i have had A LOT (two actually), the first is with where items show up in my inventory. Items frequently show up under the wrong tab. It makes it impossible to equip some items when they are placed under the wrong tab (for instance I had car paint colors and equipment that showed up under my clothing tabs, I believe the reason I couldn't equip those items is due to their placement in the inventory. It has happened with all kinds of items, and it would help a LOT if there were a solution to this problem. I have asked a number of times in the questions and answers forum, but there really has not been an answer. I had people who told me to make a mock acct. and send it there, in order to send it back to myself for automatic placement in the hopes it will be placed correctly when sent back to myself.

In any case, when/if this doesn't work, there seems to be nothing I can do.
