I don't really feel like reading through the entirety of this thread, as I am busy with homework.

But, I'd like to throw in some ideas anyway.

I'd like to see a list of preferences and settings, and descriptions of what they are, and what they do.
ie - For the images, what the whitelist images consist of, ect, ect. And what each setting will allow you to see/not see, more in detail. :]

Also, a brief guide on what some common internet slang means.

For example, what "LOL" means. (Laughing Out Loud) or what "TBA" (To Be Announced) "FTW" (For the Win)

GAIA yes you lazy bums! Need to work on your old games like fishing! It hasnt been work for a month I hear! Lots of Gaians make gold on fishing. It is also a fun past time! So fix it and keep up with your maintance!

Perhaps a small explanation of where each subforum can be located, and what each forum and subforum are for? You regularly see quest threads posted in the Exchange and someone hosting an Inventory Sale in the Mini Shops for example.

As for Guides, one of the questions I've seen a LOT is "how do I get more gold?", in which case the "How to make your first 100k without begging or bumping" guide is useful:

You need to have a router configuration, (ports and such used by your game server). and it needs to be much more visible.

sad Something I never see on here is how to retrieve tokens that the site has stolen. The first time it happened to me it took 8 tokens and the 2nd time it said it lost the connection and I should exit out and come back, but when I did it stole my other 5 tokens! I've never seen any posts or disscusion boards about this, so I don't even know if it's possible to get back my tokens! crying When in the shops and buying a potion it would be nice to have a preveiw of what you would look like. (that's the only reason I havn't bought one) wahmbulance I like being able to give opinions to help improve something: thanks for hearing us out!

By Special Tab I mean when you go to your inventory you have various tabs you can click on, you know, Equip, House, etc. Well Monthly Collectible letters and Giftboxes always show up under the Special tab and not in the Equip menu.

Because of this we get a lot of people coming in and posting about how they just bought a letter and can't find it. The usually just haven't checked under the Special tab. I would think a note explaining this might be beneficial.

Just a note on this, helping ensure people know how to prevent being hacked (I was hacked and I hadn't given my password out to anyone, so I still don't know how it happened, only that it did!) And for instance, I still am struggling with the "right" thing to do regarding that hack. I have created a new avatar, with new passwords, and moved almost all my inventory, it also means i lose the fish i had in my aquarium (most were "new) so I just lost cash on that.. and how do i delete the old avatar to ensure it isn't used by the hacker to do further damage to others?

On the "tab" question, what do you do and how do you correct it when items show up under the wrong tab. That would help a TON!

The "build" page for profile is pretty unclear. How to change the colors, and backgrounds, and of course playlists are a *constant* question.

I would love to work on this more, if I have enough time, i will work on a faq regarding the questions I have, and that i hear consistently.
