Two Overseers?!

Okay, so here's my problem: I have two overseers in my aquarium. My sister accidentally clicked on her overseer during a trade and now I can't get it out of my tank. So my questions are: Is this a glitch? If it is, how can I fix it, or who can I ask to help me fix this because if it is a glitch I would really not like to get banned! crying

What stumps me is that there's overseers for sale in the marketplace, and I've read a few times that there's rumors that you can get one in the Daily Chance, which I find hard to believe, so what do I do?! Please someone help me! crying
