... All Sealed Envelopes are unsealed on the 15th of the month (after an announcement is made). Noone would know what is in November 2009. sweatdrop Page one of this FAQ answers your question.

I just bought a monthly collectible for november and in my inventory it says it's frozen, does that mean it's gonna be frozen for seven days before I can open it to view it?? *~*Confused*~*
