My friend ordered 2 MCs and was charged for 2.

But he got 2 extra.

What should my friend do?

This is what they said to him in the e-mail:

Hi there! We're actually seeing that you were double charged for two December letters,resulting in the purchase of 4 December letters for 1000 Gaia Cash. We have a couple of ways to resolve this. We could either leave the items with you. Or we could remove the letters from your account, and give back the extra 500 Gaia Cash that was spent using it. The choice is up to you! -Westly Gaia Online Administration Team

Well, the decision is up to him not me or us. Does he want the 500 Gaia Cash back or keep the letters? It's his decision and he will have to respond directly to Westly.

I have a question about two items... From the MTV HillsGaia... They are not posted on the front page in the quest section... I have only found one of the two items (the celebrity sun glasses)... I was just curious are they not considered a quest item?

THey are quest items, I keep forgetting to investigate on the items. Thank you for reminding me I'll have a look ^^ I;'m not a MTV fan xd It's not about the music anymore!

I am trying to purchase a few of the monthly items and some gaia cash...and I keep getting this error:

Hey! It looks like something went wrong. According to our records, "We are unable to contact one of our own servers. Wake up, sleepy-head!". That's okay, though; you can just click "Retry" and try it again. Or, if you want, click "Change Payment" and choose another payment option.

So I tried to use the phone payment method only to find that my phone company isn't supported by that method....

What do I do so I can get the items I want?? How long until this issue is fixed??

ok so my order finally went through and I got a confirmation as well as an email from paypal with the transaction id...but i haven't gotten any of the things i ordered....what is up??
