Some of the information has been outdated and I need to redo some of the screen shots for everything. Though, I myself do not use the cellphone/mobile phone purchases...I can't provide much help from that. So, I relay this information onto the FAQ here from taligator

My problem is nothing major. Maybe I'm just impatient. I ordered two month collectibles over a week ago-almost two- and I still haven't gotten my letter. Yea, I live on the east coast my last month the letter got there in a week. So...maybe I'm just impatient but I'm starting to wonder about it.
If it's almost two @_@ I hope and still nothing and it indeed has been two weeks (which Gaia requires to process everything manually). Please follow these instructions:

Contact Us. Click that and the page will refresh and load the form. Select
Billing Inquiry and select the proper BULLET which for you is:
MAIL-IN. Answer all the questions and provide details as your RETURN ADDRESS, AMOUNT, and so forth.
