Hn. its been 14 days since ive donated, Seems like nothing but a waste to me.

Besides, when you sent in the Feedback Form, there should be a page that pops up, telling you that it may take up to a week for a response.

I meant others pay with paypal and get their letters within minutes, i paid with paypal as well and its been two weeks. Its not even really worth it now, seeing as the "oh-so-great-sealed-letters' for march turned out to be crap.

PayPal transactions aren't always immediate. When traffic for donations gets stuck trying to get into the donation server, some may experience lag while others may experience a loss, in which they would need to fill out a Feedback Form for.

From what I have seen, you may have donated during the time when there seemed to be a glitchy time with the donations.

What you think of the donation items for last month is purely an opiniion. However, they seem to be priced higher than the current month's Sealed Envelopes, so you can always sell them and purchase this month's for a bit of a profit. ^_^

All systems experience problems sometime. You can't always expect things to run the same for years. The same goes for Gaia. That's why we are encouraged to send in Feedback for whenever something goes wrong. Especially since this site isn't in a stable status yet.

But also remember that we are also donating mostly to keep Gaia running.

You're acting like a baby. I haven't recieved my letters either and I say just sit back and wait. Keep in mind they were DONATIONS with a gift. So techinally if (and I'm sure you won't) you lost money then that's your own fault because Gaia doesn't have to give you a GIFT with your donation.

@HereLiesHope: A response for the Feedback Form can take anywhere from an immediate response up to about 7 days. If it went through the automated system, you should receive a PM about it.

If it is a manual response, you may get an e-mail from Gaia about it, or at least this was before the automated system was in place... xd

rolleyes I donated on the 20th and I'm still being a patient. It's a virtue mind you. And no, they don't have to give you jack because it was a donation. I can say if you give me five bucks as a donation I'm going to give you some candy. But once that money is forked over it's not legally binding for me to give you anything. Also, right there in Gaia's TOS:

X. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
........Additionally, you agree to indemnify and hold GAIA Online a subsidiary of GAIA Interactive, its officers, agents - including administrators, moderators and employees - harmless from any claim or demand made by GAIA Online or any third party due to or arising out of Content you submit, post, transmit or make available through the Service, your violation of the TOS, or a violation of any rights of another.


I don't know if money could also mean content but I'm assuming it is. At least that's what there claim would likely be.

sueing is a little over board don't ya think ( i am frustrated to,,,but to sue WTF) still waiting on mine since the 18th...in the mean time i paid for 2 more with out flaw...my new rule is donate when the items are released and NOT before
