The suggested time to wait before filling out a Feedback Form is 10 days. ^_^ So yeah, it's a good idea to wait a while longer. sweatdrop It also let them sort out the current forms that has already been amountedly given to them.

After the 10 days, fill out the Feedback Form and include your username as well as your donation receipt. Once it is sent in, they will get to your form as soon as they possibly can. ^_^

Try going to your inventory and switching the position of one of your already opened envelopes with one that is still sealed. 3nodding

@LadyLayla: Yeah, I've heard about this kind of problem happening to people, too. ^_^;

There's a slight workaround, though. When choosing which item toget, right-click on the image and go to Copy Shortcut/Copy Link Location. Paste what has been copied with that command into your Address bar and change where it says clyde.gaiaonline.com to ian.gaiaonline.com and load up that page. You should be able to get the item you wanted to get. ^_^

Just read the second post on the first page. It tells you everything you need to know. Be sure to read the post after that, too.

You can still get the ninja headband, but you have to go to the Marketplace at Isle De Gambino in order to buy one.

3 months of missing letters, going on 4.

I donated $7.50 in April, and I have received nothing.
I donated $7.50 in May, willing to forgive for the previous error. Yet I received nothing.
I donated $5.00 in June, angry that I have still not received either my April or May letters.
I sent in a donation of $2.50 in July, having received none of the previous months letters, but hoping that by some off-chance I would get something this month.

I have sent feedback letters (I waited 10 days between each one, and each month I didn't get them got their own feedback letter), and I am still sending feedback letters for all three of them. I have been enormously patient. In my feedback letters I included paypal history, my receipt, and ANY other information pertaining to my problem. I have received no responses, nothing at all. No indication that these feedback letters are even being noticed. I would like if I could talk to someone directly about this so they could tell me what to do.
I posted a topic before and was told to wait; that was in May. It's August now, and you can't say that I haven't waited.

Hmm... Sounds pretty serious. I wonder if they are somehow sending the letters to the wrong person... When you fill out those Feedback Forms, did you also tried including your User ID number, just in case?

If you didn't I suggest you give it a try also. Your ID number is 47651.

By the way, has this missing letter thing happen before March 2005? Just curious... sweatdrop

Hi yes I sent a 10 dollar donation to gaia for 4 July Letters and well in my inventory I only see that I receive 2. Was there an error that prevented me to get 4 ? I would like to know if I'm going to get my other 2 letter that I donated for ?

If you need a copy of the Check that I wrote and sent you I'd gladly sent it to you, I hope this problem is resolved quckly and efficiently. IF any updates about anything happen as I work and am online a very little time I would like to be pmed if any news occurs.

I haven't tried that yet. Though I don't think they are sending them (even to the wrong person) because I haven't gotten any emails notifying me that the problem was resolved, as I did in March. However, they could just be too swamped to send them, or..I don't know.
I didn't have any problems worthy of sending a donation letter before March 2005. The most I can remember happening was the letter taking a few days longer than I thought to arrive. But nothing like my current problem.

I was also wondering if maybe they just weren't understanding my feedback letters? I include the receipt I got via email, the receipt in my Paypal history, the non-detailed Paypal history, and the "payment complete" email that I get from PayPal. I wanted to play it safe and include everything pertaining to it, but do I just have too much information? [I hope this isn't the problem, after all this.. sweatdrop ]

I dunno. sweatdrop I usually turn in my receipt that I got via e-mail to them and it goes through fine. Try just sending them just the e-mailed receipt. ^_^
