I'm donating by credit card, where it says "Quantity" do I enter for how many letters I'm donating for, or how many times I want to donate [x] amount?

My October donation letters are now officially a month late.

I'm afraid to donate for November.

Does anyone have any more information on how much longer it will be for October letters? I saw the announcement on the 12th that it would be "a few more days". Is there any other information that I've missed?

Am I screwed for October's items?

You're not screwed. If you donated by paypal and sent in the feedback form with your receipt, then they should put the October donation letter in your inventory soon. Remember, they're doing it manually so it might take some more time for them to finish. sweatdrop

I donated today and got my PM from Rina, thanking me for the donation and informing me that my letters were in my inventory. It seems to work for some people but it's not 100% fail proof.

@AquaDragon1984: You will still get November letters. ^_^ The date that you have donated is in their database so as long as you have donated within the month of November, you are sure to get a November letter.

As the front page fo this thread says, wait at least 10 days for the letters arrival, and if you still do not receive your letters by that time, fill out a Feedback Form with your doantion receipt included and send it in. biggrin

@princess_starfire: Wait about a month before sending another Feedback Form about your October letters. Send it in with another copy of your donation receipt and notify them about your previous Form submission. ^_^

@bayyari: As the posts on the first page of this Donation FAQ suggests, wait 10 days for your letters to arrive. If they do not appear in your inventory by that time, fill out a Feedback Form with your donation receipt (or any other applicable information) and send it in. ^_^

@Chad427: Same thing applies to you as with bayyari; wait 10 days for your letters and if you still do not receive your letters, fill out a Feedback Form with your donation receipt and submit it. ^_^

@Tanya Bussa: If you are not sure if you have donated or not, you can always check your PayPal transaction history and see if it went through, or if your bank balance has been deducted the amount that you donated for. ^_^

After that, PayPal takes over and I just have to fill out my billing and credit card information.

You should take a look at the first few posts of this thread. Arwen tells you what you need to do to make a donation via credit card, or you can check out Snap's donation guid, which shows you what screen you should be at and what you need to click on to make a donation. ^_^

I might be blind, but does anyone know if the system-wide donation problem is still going on (the one that VO posted about on the 12th) or is it just me. I just donated a couple of hours ago, but haven't seen them. Usually it's instant, but I knew they've been having problems this month, so...

If someone can let me know if they're still having that same problem, I'd appreciate it. I have my Paypal receipts so I know I can wave that around later, so I'm not terribly worried, just would like to play with the new goodies mrgreen

you can get november donation items as long as you donate soon. the cut off date i think is the end of the month.
and as for next months...
you have to wait until next month to donate.
but im sure you already know, donation items are released at the end of each month, so you will get a sealed envelope, and once the items are released, it will turn into a donation letter.

Anyone know the average wait time for November items to be put in your account? I donated $20 yesterday afternoon and do not have them. I'm more than happy being patient, but I am just curious.

It can take about 10 days, if you don't have them after that, you may fillout a feedback form.

Since you said you donated a few hours ago, I'd wait a few days. You posted a couple of hours after the item was released, so now they're being swamped with donation orders, now that people know what they are. This happens every month, so the best I can say is if you want them instantly, donate in the beginning of the month.
