In nice big red letters on the first page it says to wait 10 business days - from the time you sent in your donation - before contacting the admins about your missing letters. If you still do not have them by the tenth day, submit a feedback form (by clicking 'contact us' at the bottom) including the exact info you just gave us.

Is it generally taking longer to receive letters? Last month I received them instantaniously, but I haven't received this month's yet. It's only been between 48 and 72 hours, so although it's not been long enough for me to justify sending in a feedback form, I AM a little worried, so I thought I'd ask generally how long it's taking to receive the letters when donating via Paypal, at the moment.

To Falcon Samilka: Yeah, you're right. It's usually instantaneous after your donation has been transferred. I guess you'll just have to wait a while longer to see if they will show up in your inventory. And after 10 days has passed...I'm sure you know what to do. whee

I know this is a bit redundant, but for the past 3 months I've had to send in Feedback Forms in order to receive my letters. I was just wondering, is this going to be fixed any time soon? sweatdrop

Every donation is different. So everytime a person donates..the outcome is different and the Admins are aware of this issue. The site is big >,< this site is still being tweaked daily...sorry for all the trouble.

The money order I have only has a line for my signature, not for my printed name...can I include my name and username somewhere else on the money order, or can I trust the Gaia staff to be able to read my handwriting? I don't think it's illegible, but there's always a possibility...

There's also only one address line, unlike the two in the sample, where there was one for the sender and one for the receiver. Do I put my address there, or the address of AniHQ?

I'm also really hoping I tore off the right part for the customer receipt...though there's probably not much doubt of that... =_=;

Sender = your address, Receiver = AniHQ. If you are able to, or are supposed to write in your name as part of the sender's address, you can include your username in parentheses right after your name.

Thanks. But...there isn't a "sender" line and a "receiver" line. There's only one address line...so which one goes there? The money order doesn't specify which one it's for...

And I'll include my username somewhere on there. ^_^

I think my donation letters turned up, finally. A mod already sent me donation letters, though. sweatdrop It should just be the 7 in my normal inventory screen, because I saved 5 from the other donations I've sent. ^.^

My money order just has one line for purchaser address. Can I just omit that section? I don't feel secure giving out my address, especially when they might enter me into one of those drawings.
