that happened to me too.
i got my letters a day or so ago...and i gave one to my friend and opened one myself. I got an email from the admin...and then today when i signed on, i had a message from the town girl...and i had 2 more letters for oct...

im confused.....what happened?

i dont suggest sending in two. I did and they gave me 2 sets of letters...so now i gotta wait until they take the extra ones out...all because i didnt wait an extra week on top of the month i originally waited....so yeah. dont send two forms in because you'll get too many letters.

ohhh. okay thanks, It has just been so long and I just getting a bit dubious about if I'am going to get them or not, cause that money would be like when one of the dogs at work biting me or one of the cats scratching me. Animal hospital jobs are rough sometimes. But thanks I will take that in mind.

@Bunai: When you fill out your form, it requires you to fill out your e-mail. Maybe you missed typing it in and reconfirming it? O.o And of course, wait around about a month before sending in another Feedback Form. ^_^

@Chibi Hentai: Well, you have to know that money can't always be the solution to a problem. sweatdrop In this case, it's probably something to do with the system, which needs the admins to personally look into the coding and find out the source of the problem.

If it is a hardware problem, then it could be more than easily solved by getting a replacement. Unfortunately, it's nothing of the sort... >.<

However, if they have assessed your form then they will send you an e-mail notifying you of it and the letters will be dropped into your inventory. ^_^

@TigsKitten: They'll probably be elss than likely be posting a progress report on how it is coming along. They will, however, probably be giving us a heads-up when this whole situation has been resolved. ^_^

@Impuls3: After you have sent in your Feedback Form, just wait for their reply. If they do not respond in about a month, you can send in another Feedback Form about it. 3nodding

@fyerolight, BirdOfHealing, and JellyXBean: If you have mysteriously received additional letters, do not open them, trade them, or sell them! Immediately send in a Feedback Form about the the accident and they'll take out the appropriate letters. ^_^

@Panda_Butoki: Usually, a bout a month's tiem is the suggested waiting period before sending in a second form. Of course, JellyXBean also stated that is what she did and ended up in her current predicament... sweatdrop

and i did typed my email correctly. cause i sent an apology XD using General Inquiry ^^;;

Snail Mail depends on your LOCATION and since Sunday the USPS is closed...it'll be probably a week >_<;; since it's not GAIA Online controlling the USPS system. Dnail Mail operates differently and is not instantaneous.
