I donated December 1st of last year, and never recieved my letters. I sent in two feedback forms and posted in this thread. No letters ever came, so I'm wary of the thought of donating again. I've not donated since because I'm not sure anyone in charge would even care if I didn't get letters. So to have a point to this post other than venting about being rather ignored, would it even be plausible to attempt again to get those old wayward letters?

You can try again, i'm sure the admins can verify if they've deposited the letters in your inventory or not. Remember to paste the paypal receipt.

I have a question. I didn't recieve my Oct. letters from last month right away, and I waited 10 days before sending in the feedback form. I still have not recieved my letters, even though it has been an additional 10 days. Should I send in another form?

I sent a feedback form the first week of Nov...but I guess I'll send it again since people who are getting their letters seem to be sending it more frequently then once a month.... o.O

edit: by the way....I noticed they changed the feedback forum slightly...so...am I suppossed to be selecting donation question/inquiry or Paypal credit card related o.O if I'm contacting them in reference to missing donation letters?

I'd like to know what's their progress on fixing this.

I donated on Oct 28, waited till the 7th to send a feedback. Now it's the 18th.

@keetabirdy: I suggest that you wait just a while longer. Just remember not to wait over a month before sending in another Feedback Form about it. ^_^

@Bunai: Is this "General Error" appearing on Gaia or on PayPal? Is it appearing when you try to send in a Feedback Form or are you receiving this error message through e-mail from PayPal or Gaia?

@Nadistu: Like keetabirdy, I suggest that you wait some more for their response before sending in another form. Just remember to fill out another one before a month has passed. ^_^

As for which option to choose, it depends on what you used. If you used your credit card (through PayPal) then choose the one with Credit Card bolded; if it was a debit card, choose the one with Debit Card bolded; donations via mail will be Mail-ins; and for other kinds of donations, it'll be the one with No Credit Card / Bank Account / eCheck bolded. All other kinds of question-types not labeled regarding problems with donations will be the last option.

@Phaeton: Same as keetabirdy and Nadistu, the best thing to do at the moment is just be patient. sweatdrop And remember not to wait more than a month to send in your second Feedback Form.

On Gaia. i'm also one of many who donated October, waited (11days to send feedback about it) then waited 3. and now its Nov 18th. so i was going to send again just to make sure, but when i fill out my infomation and post everything that is needed. and click the button

Please bear with my, im dyslexic. I know someone has asked this before. I just donated via paypal instant transfer. Has something changed since iv been gone? Cause i used to get my envelopes AS SOON as I donated. Perhaps something is just going wrong or delayed?

Sometimes they don't show up right away... sweatdrop If you don't get them oin ten days, you can fill out a Feedback Form~

it'd be nice to hear what the progress is on this october donation letter thing. I donated a slightly larger amount than I normally do and honestly I'm regretting it. I waited over 10 days to send a feedback form and I'm still waiting. It would have been nice also if along with the feedback form the would send you a confirmation of the form going through. I have a feeling that the forms aren't going through and that's why a lot of this is still unresolved. I just hate being in the dark about all of this....makes me think twice about donating again if they can't even fix the problem with all the money they gain from it

Is there going to be a post/thread stating the progress of the donation letter for Oct. '05? I would like to know the progress since I donated and have sent 2 feedback forms in. Sorry if this sounds impatient/whinny, but I'm tired of waiting......

I paid through paypal funds on 10/24 and i STILL havent recieved the letter. whats up with that?

I also filed a feedback form around 11/5 so far nothing has happened.
