Ive donated a couple times in the past, and this time I decided to get a few more of the item of the month so I donated again like a week or two after the announcement of the donation item. I got the thank you letters a couple days ago and I cant open them because theyre already waiting for next months item to be announced. I was really bummed out cuz i wanted octobers items and since the novermber donation item hadnt been announced i thought i could still get them. Can someone let me know when a months cut off period is so I dont experience this again. I just hope next months items will be just as cool or even cooler than last months. crying Thanks for taking the time to read this.

If you donated in November, you will get a November Donation Letter. Check your receipt for the donation date, if it's in October, then you should have received an October Donation Letter. Send in the feedback form with your receipt if that is the case.

I just got my letters today! Thank you to evryone who helped. I donated onthe 23rd of October and send feedbacks on the 2nd and 12th of Novemeber. That may help some of you figure out if they're close to yours.

i've donated on the october 24 and redonated on the 28. Sent a feed back 10 days after that... I still haven't got mine.. -__-;;; I'm worrying....

When you sent in your Feedback Form, did you include the needed donation information (receipts, check/money order ID, etc.)? If you did, then please be as patient as you can while they get to your Feedback Form. ^_^

I donated December 1st of last year, and never recieved my letters. I sent in two feedback forms and posted in this thread. No letters ever came, so I'm wary of the thought of donating again. I've not donated since because I'm not sure anyone in charge would even care if I didn't get letters. So to have a point to this post other than venting about being rather ignored, would it even be plausible to attempt again to get those old wayward letters?
