@ZinFeir: eek Paypal shouldn't be taking money from your account for the transaction. You may want to check up with Paypal on why it is doing so for a donation.

I don't have a paypal account, I couldn't ever figure-out how to make it work.

If you used your credit card to donate, it should go through PayPal, whether or not you have an account there. But even then, PayPal shouldn't be taking an additional $1.00 from your account automatically. You should really check up with PayPal about it. They're the ones in charge of these donation transactions. gonk

They're items that were "leaked" via the wishlist when it first came out.

Excluding, prehaps, the contacts, I wouldn't hold my breath on ever seeing them released ^^;;

I donated $5 to Gaia yesterday with my credit card. I checked my account and its telling me Gaia has the $5 and I was all yay. Then after that it said Paypal took a dollar for the transaction, why is that? Is Paypal always going to do that everytime I donate? It's kind of discuraging. I needed that dollar for gas. . .

it did that to me too, and i was all set to ask my bank and see what was up, but a few days later, the dollar was returned. wait a few days and check your account.

man... i bought 4 oct letters on the 30th... on the 10th i sent them an email through the apporiate thread.... reply.. thing.... and it's been like.... 5 days now and i still havent gotten my letters... sad

We are currently having problems with our paypal donation system. This problem had placed a few days delay for those who did not receive donation items for the past two weeks. The system will be fixed very soon and any missing donation items will appear in your inventory. We're working our fastest to have it fixed. Sorry for the delay.

Hi Irving, long time no see. Did you send it through the mail or via an electronic payment?

Um, i dont mean to be a bother but i payed 10.00 for letters in oct but never got them... i know we are supposed to send in the forms and i did, waited a week, and got no response. I sent in another and waited a week and still did not recieve them.

@LloydIrvingofSymphonia: If you want to be sure that they'll get your name along with your donation, you can just fill out a Feedback Form including your PayPal donation receipt information or Money Order/Check ID information and your Gaia username. ^_^

If it was cash, however, then it'll be much harder to deal with it. sweatdrop

@-Briatus-: Ling put up a temporary sticky pertaining about delayed October donation letters in the main Q&A forum. However, Lanzer put up an announcement days later saying that they are trying their best to fix this donation problem. All we can do is send in a form and wait, I'm afraid. sad

i donated to get 6 oct 05 letters before the 30th. have yet tog et them and have donated to get a buunch of nov. 05 letters.
but like its been said all we can do is wait until they've got the paypal donation system fixed,and letters out to people who've donated and are still waiting,etc.
i know it sucks waiting and all..O.= but once its fixed we should all get our letters..
