Still waiting for my October donation letters!!! Gah! Went through...have receipt..never in inventory. Sent official email under paypal donation problems X2 and still nothing. Any help would be soo luffed. I ALWAYS donate big to GAIA and now I'm kind of nervous to. Not hacked...so now what? ANY help would sooo hard rock. Feel free to pm me with any advice. GAIA don't fail me now!

I've been begging for over a week now to get info on what the heck has happened to my letters. I've been three weeks and two feedback forms later. They have not said word one to me about anything.. I'm not donating for November until they get this crap fixed.

Ive been waiting over a month now too >< the two week wait almost killed me, then i sent the form in and its been a few weeks since then. I dont understand how they are so behind on the oct 05 letters, but all the nov 05 letters are already in inventories. My mom isnt letting me use her credit card to donate to gaia now so my friend got me the nov letters....but id kinda still like the oct 05 letters that i paid for...
i think its just taking awhile because theres a TON of people who didnt get their letters yet..but if the nov item is released before i get my oct 05 letters, then im going to start worrying.... confused

I donated last night and still haven't recieved my letters. I know that the system works different for everyone and that after 10 days I send in a feedback form. However, I was wondering, if I don't get my letters in time for the end of November, will I still be able to open them? I read that after a certain date, they are not able to be opened. In ten days it will be the 21st. Then a week or so from then it will be the 28th or later. Some people say that they wait 10 more days after they send their form in. That puts the date passed the 30th. Will my letters be useless then, by the time I get them? If I get them at all.

You will still be able to open any unsealed letters that has been revealed anytime of any year.

Information on Donation Letters

This is just a little reminder that there is an "automated" script that grants Thank You Letters to people who have donated via Paypal/Credit Card. This script does not always work the same, every time you donate. Sometimes if you don't get the letters and has been waiting for 10 Days...still no letter. YOU need to send the RECEIPT that paypal/credit card company has sent you to GAIA Online Feedback Form: http://reinhart.gaiaonline.com/info/feedback.php Then, the Admins will match the records they have on their end with the records you have on your end...then..when that is finished.. the Item is MANUALLY granted in your Inventory.

We are currently having problems with our paypal donation system. This problem had placed a few days delay for those who did not receive donation items for the past two weeks. The system will be fixed very soon and any missing donation items will appear in your inventory. We're working our fastest to have it fixed. Sorry for the delay.

It seems the donation system has been updated as it was getting fixed. Now, when you donate, an automated message will be sent to you via PM, notifying you of your donation. ^_^

It seems to be alright. I donated $15.00 right after I posted and I got the letters afterwards.

I donated $5 to Gaia yesterday with my credit card. I checked my account and its telling me Gaia has the $5 and I was all yay. Then after that it said Paypal took a dollar for the transaction, why is that? Is Paypal always going to do that everytime I donate? It's kind of discuraging. I needed that dollar for gas. . .

@Lady Golightly: You'll still have to wait for the responses to your forms, I'm afraid. sweatdrop It may be taking the people who had sent in forms longer to be assessed.

Sorry for the misconception that I may have placed two posts earlier. confused

@ZinFeir: eek Paypal shouldn't be taking money from your account for the transaction. You may want to check up with Paypal on why it is doing so for a donation.
