I recently sent out a check to Gaia on Sunday...
But I didn't put my user number or username on it. Rather, I pyut it on a sheet of paper along with a picture and sent the letter and the check together.

They'll still know I donated it, right?

As long as you provided the username >_< you're good.

I have a credit card. I don't have a Paypal account so I was using the other option when I tried to donate. So I tell it "shipping is not required" and it takes me to the next page where you fill out your credit card information. However, when it comes to the address, my country is not on the list (Panama).
I tried to put my old canadian address (I just moved out) but of course that didn't work, because I suppose it knows where the card was issued (from the digits in the card).

So, in short, because of the way that "check out" website is set up, I can't use my credit card to donate to Gaia, right?




(Before I would just buy a money order at Canada post but I really don't think they have that here, plus the postal service sucks and it would probably take like a month to get there).

Yes Paypal.com doesn't have Panama listed on their Site...so only way for you to donate is through International Money Order.

Any help would be soo luffed. I ALWAYS donate big to GAIA and now I'm kind of nervous to. Not hacked...so now what? ANY help would sooo hard rock. Feel free to pm me with any advice. I've been begging for over a week now to get info on what the heck has happened to my letters. I've been three weeks and two feedback forms later. They have not said word one to me about anything.. I'm not donating for November until they get this crap fixed.

Nautula, did you wait 10 days before sending out your first form? Also, it may take some time for them to respond to your form right now. The admins may have their hands full at the moment sorting out report forms, service changes, story updates, feature updates, etc.

The best thing we can really do is just be as patient as we possibly can. @_@

It seems that many people are having this problem...I am also one of them. I am sure that they will get it all sorted out or Gaia would lose all of its credibility and no one would donate anymore. I am sure they would wish to avoid that, so I am confident that they will "eventually" take care of it. >.<
