Lady Golightly-i'm having the same issue..i have yet to get my Oct. letters AND my Nov. letters. sweatdrop its soon to were i'll need to send in another feedback form but for my Nov. Letters since i have for my Oct. once already..i'll prob. have to do that AGAIN gonk i don't get why just now i am having issues with getting letters...><' this is a first to me. gonk

I am also still waiting for my Oct. '05 thank you letters to arrive. I've already sent in my feedback form and I'll just wait patiently. However, I am going to buy a coco kitty in the marketplace. The admins will know the donation item was purchased and wasn't one of my letters that I should have received?? Is that correct?

It says you guys will have an answer to our request forms within one week. I sent my first one out over a week ago and I have not seen ANY information about my donation.

My money was taken out of pay pal three weeks ago and nothing from GAIA yet. What's going on? I've sent two forms and I've heard nothing back from anyone. This is hardly fair.

I suggest that you wait a bit longer for a response to your form. ^_^ It's only a handful of staff that's taking in forms after all. If by about the 2nd week there is still no response, you're welcomed to fill out another one. smile

waited two weeks then sent the second feedback form. They should send out an email explaining where my stuff is since they have my money. I think that's just good business practice since they were paid for a service that has yet to be completed.

It really depends on what e-mail provider you have. If you can double check all the tabs and see whether or not the letters are there. Also, GAIA Online isn't really a business since...it's more of a "Donation" to keep this free site alive...

It may not be a business, but some acknowledgement would still be a nice gesture. You know... some kind of acknowledgement that we did something nice for a site we like, but that the process is slow for this month.

So, do I wait for two weeks after my first feedback form? That's the general concensus that I'm getting from what I've read in the last few days.

I waited 10 days after my donation, and it's now been a week since I put in my feedback form.

Since my money was taken out the day after my donation, I'm starting to get rather impatient.
I'm trying very hard not to be a d**k, but I'm definately not a patient person once my money has been taken out.

It's probably a bunch of feedback forms about Grunnies clogging up the process mad

I did not recieve my donation letter for Oct. Now, I know all I have to do is show proof of my purchase and the problem will be fixed. However, the only proof I have is a print off that I got from the bank because I no longer had the email reciept. Would I be able to fax this as proof or should I type out the information? Thank you for your time.

What method of donation did you do o_o? If it's snail mail, all you need to do is verify with GAIA Online the Money Order or Check Number that piece of paper has on it. As well as your mailing address...heh ^^;;

Have you checked the "history" section on your paypal account? I think there's a record of each transaction that might have the info you need on it.

@Nantooski: Well, as long as you don't take advantage of the situation, you'll be alright. ^_^ If any extra letters start popping up, just don't touch them and wait for them to respond to your second form. I'm sure that they'll get right on it when they get to it. 3nodding

@morphingbutterfly: Normally, I'd say the same thing again, but Arwen suggested to be patient and wait it out. whee There's really no estimated time that the admins will respond to your form but they will whenever they have enough time to go through the feedback forms. ^_^

@BellaMuerte: Don't worry. This happens to everyone at least once. Right now, though, the admins may be busy with a lot of site updates and fixes (among other things). sweatdrop They may not respond quickly but they do their best to satisfy all of Gaia.

@Freezer Eskimos of Remu: Remember, all forms have to be read manually. That statement about them being bogged down by many Grunny forms may not be untrue... xp We just have to be as patient as we can.

eek. im just as worried. my moms already told me im never allowed using her card to donate to gaia again because of this. its been like over a month since i donated mid october...and still no letters...i sent my form in a week(maybe 2?) ago...i was told it could take them up to a month to respond...especially because ALOT of people didnt get their letters...im kinda glad to see im not the only one.

Don't worry, a lot of people haven't got their letters yet so it'll just take the admins a bit longer than usual to get to your form. You'll get them eventually.

When you say you sent the response, you mean the feedback form, right? This thing:

If not, you'll need to send one of those in with your paypal details(a screenshot of you paypal reciept from the email they send you).

There's one problem though. I mistakenly told them in my second form not to send me any extra letters. However, that was the mistake. I thought the money that is on its way was to pay for the letters I had already received. It's not.

I forgot about the October 31st donations I made, and it's supposed to pay for those letters. What should I do? Can I cancel a feedback form or should I send another explaining the situation?

Well, I don't think that there's any way to cancel a Feedback Form once it has been sent. sweatdrop It may not be the best thing to do, but I would wait for them to go through all of your forms first before sending another form or doing anything else.
