ok im a long time donator iv had many accounts i quit alot cuz of school but allway come back with a new account and when i try to it says This payment cannot be completed because your credit card has been denied by your credit card issuer. and i dont know why my mom's credit card has more then enuf money to donate and did the bank says that they dont know why this is happening can u please help me

Tell your mother to check her paypal account. Check which credit card she is using. Maybe the one she is using expired.

There is no limit to the amount you are willing to donate so there is no limit to donation letters either. 3nodding

I can attest to this...I have a ton of letters for accidently donating $500...now I was wandering how to go about taking care of a problem like this...I meant to donate $5....

People still do to, even though they ask not to.

If your money gets lost in the mail though, you have only yourself to blame.

I donated to get 9 November envelopes but I got 3 instead. So what now? Should I wait 48 hours before reporting or 10 days?

A friend of mine donated in October, and I didn't get my letters in. I thought it was a server problem, but he said that Paypal sent him an email saying his bank declined the electronic transfer because of insufficient funds and that it will try to resend it within three business days.

Now this might be a stupid question, but since he now has money in his bank and it's going to retry sending the donation again, will I get October letters or November letters?

you'll get november letters if you donated in november. if you donated while it was still october you'd get october letters.
you cannot get other donation items when you donate other than the donation letter for that month.
