I did two seperate transactions of $2.50 and only got one letter.. that's a bit different from the problem right?

I think, its mainly Paypal thats causing the problems atm.. even if you just sent one at the time I dont think Gaia recognises on how much you actually donated..

Here's the latest announcement regarding PayPal donations:

We are aware of a bug in which PayPal donators from July 8th to the 11th received 1 Sealed Envelope per donation regardless of the amount they donated.

The bug itself has been corrected, so all donations received henceforth should process normally.

We are working to correct the issue for those affected between July 8th-11th, and you should receive your missing Sealed Envelopes within a couple of days. You do not need to send in a feedback form regarding it, unless you do not receive those missing letters within a week.

In the latter part of the month, it is usually around the 25th, but can be a little earlier or a little later.

yeah I just tried donating again and I got 4 letters mrgreen now I just need to wait for my other three stare

I guess this is a good place to ask. Im trying to donate with a credit card but Im getting a different screen than the one shown in 'step 4' of your guide the screen im getting seems like I can only make a donation with paypal. Maybe Im missing something, Im just over cautious with money over the internet. sweatdrop

Yeah, same here. I have a Visa Gift Card, does Gaia accept those?

Ash Masaki -> Well, if you're trying to donate via Credt Card...all of those Donations made to GAIA Online is done through Paypal.com. The first thing you should do is input the amount you're donating to GAIA Online via the GAIA Online Donation Page. After inputing the amount, click on the Visa/MasterCard emblem and it would still lead to the Paypal.com website. ~_~ Uhh...your choice is on the left side if I remember correctly. Try again, it should go to the CC portion.

Breaststroker24 -> Visa Gift Card.... hmmm >.> it really comes down to Paypal.com. If it has a Visa emblem on it...that should go through as a Credit donation.
