If I were to send my mail order by FEDex(I live in Canada) it should get to it's destanation by one day...right? So if I sent it sometime this week would I get the June Doantion item or Sealed letters? |

To GloryHole: If it's sent during July then you will receive Sealed Letters. sweatdrop The June donation items ended at June 30th. The only way to get past letters now is the Marketplace. sad
To Baja: There is no limit to donating for each month. 3nodding I think I remember reading somewhere that they lifted the limit a long time ago. So if you want to donate a lot, it's more than appreciated. ^^ |

PROBLEM:
Hi, I just tried three times to donate, and I'm having a problem. Normally when I donate with paypal, it asks me my e-mail address, and my password, and then I go to a screen where I choose the "does not require an address for sending" option. This time, I keep going to a place where they are asking my credit card info, which paypal already has, and when I enter it , it just says that that credit card is already on my account. There's no way to move beyond that page, cause it keeps coming up as an error. It also won't let me choose not to have an address, but I don't need an address cause I'm not actually buying anything to be sent to me. How can I get beyond this screen so I can actually donate? |

I have a question: Okay I bought 12 dollars USD money order and was wondering how many sealeds would I get? Also would any address mentioned work? And on the money order it says pay to the order of: do I put Ani H where it says that?

I just donated but havn't recieved a letter ^^; It said about problems a few days ago but i thought that was sorted?=/ Sorry if im repeating questions and such.

To Kaori MacKenzie: Well, that's usually the process of an ordinary credit card. sweatdrop I went to check it out myself and it seems that I can't even go to the PayPal site itself. xd I think that maybe they are having a problem, but try again tomorrow (or whenever PayPal comes back up) and see if it happens again, ok? ^_^

Wait about 10 days after your donation had gone through and if you still haven't received any letters yet, click on the >Contact Us< link that's located on the bottom of every page and it should take you to a Feedback Form. Under "Subject", select "Donation Problem", and type out the problem you are having in the "Message" box. Be sure to mention how much you have donated, how many letters you are to receive, who the recipient(s) is/are, and the information from the receipt of the donation. I've got a few questions about money orders...
If I have one for $20, can I use that to donate for four different users, or would I have to have a separate money order for each one? I'm thinking I'd just put my real name, not my username, on the money order, and include a seperate piece of paper with each username and how much of the $20 is being donated for them. Or would that not work? Also, do I need to put my last name on the money order, or just my first name? Not that it really matters, but I'd like to know. On the sample, only the first name was used, so I'm thinking that's all that's necessary. Thanks in advance to anyone who can help. 3nodding |

To LokiPineapple: Yeah, one money order can be used to donate for other people. Just be sure to have that paper written about it with the money order itself. ^_^
As for the name part, put in your full name. It makes it more secure if it ever falls into the wrong hands. And anyway, just in case the Gaia staff sorting through the mail are messy, so they won't get it mixed up with other money orders. xp |
