1. When did Monthly Collectibles start? (formerly known as Donation Items)
   Back in April or May of 2003, the users of this small community (then 400-500 users) petitioned or rather made a simple thread in the then, Question & Feedback forum asking the Administrators of Gaia Online that they wished to help ease the cost of maintaining Gaia Online. The users were aware the Admins pay for Gaia Online out of their own pockets. Since everyone pitched in their opinions, Gaia Online finally added a Donation option. Mail-In donation was the only method then.
   
   Users then were not aware of receiving Thank You Item. Everyone back then, donated for the pure purpose of 'Helping' Gaia Online out. The Admins secretly created a letter that was dropped in the Donators inventories manually. Then one day, Lanzer said to check your inventories. Being the then, GAIA Times Journalist...I was surprised to see an item in my inventory. This piece of blue letter o,O what is it? Opening it, it was a Halo! WOW @_@ I said... xd Then went on making an article about that made everyone...who "wanted" the item donating like mad. But it was already the end of the month when the letter was revealed.
   
   That's how it began...a small community wanting to help...urging the Admins to put that darn Donation Button. Now GAIA Online is still here and growing...all because of these wonderful people we call Donators. Recently in November of 2006, Donations are now known as Purchases to receive Monthly Collectibles.
   
   
   
   
2. What are Sealed Envelope?
   A Sealed Envelope contains the Collectible items that have not yet been revealed for the month. If you purchase a collectible item before the middle of the month, you'll receive it in a Sealed Envelope.
   
   
   
   
3. Why the change from letters releasing on the 25th to the 15th?
   Well, everyone wanted to acquire the items as soon as possible. So, after a voting was done, many users voted the 15th to be the date when letters are unsealed.
   
   
   
   
   
4. What are Monthly Collectibles / Thank You Letters?
   Members can purchase limited-edition Monthly Collectible items for their avatars. As a way of thanking members who support our site through purchases, these items are given to members in "Thank You Letters."

5. Why the name change from Donation Items to Monthly Collectibles?
   As of November 2006, the Adminstrators of Gaia Online has decided to change the name of Donation Items to Monthly Collectables. Donating to Gaia to Purchasing from Gaia Online. Here is what Lanzer announced on October 30th 2006:

   Gaia started as a few admins running a small server in a living room, but member contributions have helped us move to a great office and have a full and talented staff building events and features.
   
   Gaia would not be here if not for the support from members like you. Our members mean a lot to us, both financially and emotionally. We’re honored that our members are willing to trade their hard-earned money for the monthly virtual items we come up with, and for helping the growth of the community at the same time.
   
   Recently, we’ve heard of more concerns from parents and members over the word “donation”. Since Gaia is not a non-profit organization, “donation” is probably not the most appropriate word to use. To avoid any confusion, and to avoid chances of us running into legal trouble, we’ve decided to stop using the word “donation” to describe the monthly items we offer. What were once called “donation items” will soon be known as “monthly collectables”.
   
   Does this mean that we’ve gone all greedy and your money is being funneled to some rich corporate fat-cat now? Definitely not! The change is only in wording to address the confusion. Your money is still going to the exact same place, and being used for the exact same things. Your money helps us pay the artists, designers, programmers and all-around geniuses who work hard to make Gaia the greatest hangout on the web. It helps us expand our technology to make Gaia run faster and more smoothly. It helps us stay in our own offices, where we can yell and scream ideas at each other and gather enough talents to make big projects like the Battle System a possibility.
   
   So nothing is changed but the name itself, and we will continue to work hard for the new features to come. Have fun at the Halloween event! We’ve just bought a rack full of servers to make sure that the event will run smoothly, and all of that would not have been possible if not for your contributions.
   
   
   
   
   
6. Where can I find my User ID #/number?
   There are several ways to find that out. But the easiest way would be to hover over your PROFILE button either through a posting you made or hover over your PROFILE.
   
   
   
   
   
7. When will the Monthly Collectibles / Sealed Letters open?
   The Mother of ALL questions on Gaia Online. After users voted the release date to be the 15th of the Month. The Monthly Collectibles or rather the Sealed Envelopes will UN-seal themselves when an Announcement is made.
   
   Simple as that:
   Announcement + Announcement Forum = Unsealing of your Sealed Envelopes.
   
   In other words, the Sealed Envelopes will change into Thank You Letter for (INSERT MONTH & YEAR) when an announcement has been released on the 15th of the Month. For example, if it's May 15th 2010, the sealed envelopes will not be unsealed until an announcement has been made. So, even if it's midnight or 1:15 am on May 15th the letters are not unsealed until an announcement has been posted in the Announcement Forum.
   
   
   
   
8. Where do the ideas for the Monthly Collectibles come from?
   They come from the creative Staff on Gaia. And by Staff, I mean the Administrators and Artists who create these items. No one outside the Gaia Staff will know what the Monthly Collectibles are until the 15th of the Month.
   
   
   
   
9. Hey, it's the 15th, why can't I open my letter?
   Again, the letters will unsealed themselves on the 15th AFTER an announcement is made in the Announcement Forum.
   
   
   
   
10. What time does the letters get unsealed?
    There are no set times of release. Many users speculate Noon PST for the items to be released. But due to certain bugs and delays, anything goes really and you'll just be angry and flood the Q&F forum if they don't get released on Noon. Simply wait for the announcement to be made.
    
    
    
    
11. When I make a purchase, am I able to choose the Monthly Collectible(s) I'm getting or is it random?
    There are two or sometimes even three items to choose from in each letter depending on the Month/Year.
    
    
    
12. What are the items?
    It's always a surprise until they're released! No one's told in advance what the Monthly Collectibles are going to be! 3nodding
    
    
    
    
13. Can I possible get an item from a previous month?
    No, you can not acquire a Monthly Collectible from the past month/year. Items from past are long gone and you'll need to go to the Gaia Exchange or the MarketPlace to hunt these items down. Some of these Monthly Collectibles are in high demand and may be a hard to buy. Some even costing over 10 million gold. xd
    
    
    
14. When we open the Thank You Letter, Do we have a choice or is it random? / Can I choose what items I get or is it random?
    Once you've purchased the Monthly Collectible of the current Month. A Sealed Letter or Thank You Letter will appear (sometimes instantly but keep in mind, delay can occur) in your Inventory, if you donated via Paypal, Credit Card, or Pay by Mobile. After the Monthly Collectible is revealed on the 15th of the Month via the Announcement Forum, the Sealed Letter becomes a Thank You Letter of the Month you're purchased (via GStore).
    
    Selecting the Thank You Letter will open up a new option of selecting one of the two items (depending on the amount being release). You can only choose ONE item per envelope. It is not random, so you are able to choose one item out of the two choices.
    
    
    
    As of December 2006; The special December 2006 Month has an added value. Meaning instead of having to choose from two choices, users are able to choose from three choices. Gaia will at times release only two items. But we never know until Gaia Online announces it.
    
    
    
    
15. (Money Order/Check Purchases) I just purchased a Monthly Collectible # Hours ago/ # of Days, how come my letter isn't here?
    Money order and Check purchases are operated under your Bank and the United States Postal Service. Keep in mind that GAIA Online has no such control over this. Please be very patient about Snail Mail Deliveries!! Also, mail-in purchases require the admins to manually drop the items into your inventory. All I ask from you is to be very patient about this. The Postal Service in the United States operates under a 6 (Monday~Saturday & During Holidays: Delay may occur) Business Day hour. All mail delivered to GAIA Onlines PO Box is then later picked up at an outside Mail Box location.
    
    
    
    
16. [Feedback Form/Contact Us] How long does it usually take GAIA Online to process my Billing Inquiry?
    All Billing Inquiries are handled on a priority basis. Gaia Online takes billing concerns very seriously and responds to these types of inquiries as soon as they recieve them. This of course, depends on the amount of queue or the volume of inquiries Gaia recieves. In other words, everything is responded to in the order in which they are recieved.
    
    So, please allow them one week or more to respond. Do not in any circumstances submit multiple inquiries of the same subject in a months time. In other words, if you submitted an inquiry on the 5th of July and it is now July 10th, do not fill out another feedback form till another week has pass. Submitting another one will just delay the response of your inquiry and the inquiries of others.
    
    If you've been waiting for a response for a total of 3 months or more. I shall direct you to the proper person to contact.
    
    Mail-In Purchases typically takes about (2) weeks for Gaia Online to recieve and process. Thank you for you patience.
    
    
    
    
17. I made a Purchase to Gaia Online during Christmas. Why am I just recieving my letter in the New Year?
    During the past years, many people have asked me this. The reason for this; During the Holiday seasons, the Credit Card company like Paypal will close for one or two days. Now, Gaia doesn't control these companies because it's a nation/world wide company. So, if you want to receive a Monthly Collectible during the Holiday Months, be mindful that you have to do it a couple days BEFORE the Holiday season itself.
    
    
    
    
18. [Mail-In Purchase] I don't have a Credit Card, how can I make purchases to GAIA? / I don't have a Printer.
    The nifty Mail-In format is shown after the confirmations. You are NOT required to print that out, but you are required to have those information listed written out on a seperate piece of paper (please do not write in cursive). If you would like to submit a Mail-In Purchase, please send a Money order, Check, or Cash (NO COINS-Postal Service uses machines to process mails) (International Exchange Rate applies) to GAIA Online's PO BOX Address:

    Make your checks and money order payable to "Gaia Online". You'll receive your items based on the date the mail is postmarked, not when we receive it.
    
    
    exclaim Gaia Online accepts cash (International Currency as well), too, but please no coins (postal service uses machines to process mails). If your cash purchase is lost or stolen, GAIA Online is not responsible for it.
    
    This is what the outside of the envelope should look like:
    
    
    
    The RETURN address is at the top left hand side of the envelope. The TO address is in the center. Please remember to include your return address. Why? This is the only way to verify your information IF your Mail-In Purchase wasn't processed. Also, remember to include your username and the amount you're donating to inside the envelope on a seperate piece of paper.
    
    
    
    
19. I've made a Cash Purchase to GAIA Online. I mailed it in 2 weeks/a Month ago and still have not recieved my item.
    Please allow Gaia Online 2-weeks to process Mail-In Purchases. If it has been 2-weeks please keep this in mind: There's no way to prove that you made this Purchase. You have no reciept or proof that this was sent. If this occurs, GAIA is not responsible for mail-in donations lost in transit and is not required to grant you the items. But you can ask GAIA Online if they recieved it or not. Sometimes people forget some information and GAIA puts it aside until the user submits a Contact Us form.
    
    Go to Contact Us, Subject: Billing Inquiry, Mail-In donation, and include your Return Address, Your Full Name, and the amount you donated to GAIA. If found the item will be granted, but please remember that if you donate to GAIA via Cash, you accepted the risk. GAIA will not grant you the Monthly Collectible, if your Cash donation is lost or stolen.
    
    
    
    
20. [ Mail-In ] Why do I need to include a Return Address?
    If ever you forgot to include your username or your hand writting can't be read. The Return Address is used to verify that you are indeed the owner of this mail-in purchase. So, please always, always include your return address. A return address is also used incases when a mail gets delivered to the wrong address.
    
    
    
    
21. I've just changed my username! What should I do? Should I send in a Feedback Form?
    There isn't a need to worry! If you recently changed your username, GAIA is able to find you and drop your Monthly Collectible in your inventory. Every user has a specific ID number on Gaia Online. But if you haven't recieved your Monthly Collectible in about a month, please fill out the Contact Us form, as well as including the following information for clarity sake. Old username, Transaction ID number, amount donated and so forth. This applies to any method you used.
    
    
    
    
    
22. I've made a purchase/donated a Year ago/5 Months ago. I still haven't recieved my Letters.
    If this happens to you, please immediately provide the information that is needed to help GAIA locate your Purchase. Procrastination will only delay or even null your Purchase that occured 5 months or 1 year ago.
    
    
    • Provide GAIA Online with the Transaction ID number.
      
    • If its a Mail-In Purchase, provide GAIA Online with the Check Number/Money Order Number and the name on the Check/MO.
      
    • Be very patient, GAIA Online recieves an overwhelming amount of Feedbacks/e-mails.
      
    • If it's over the 6 Month period, please drop me a PM ASAP!
    
    
    Remember, to only send in ONE Feedback per 2 weeks. If you still haven't recieved word...do the same thing again or if its been over 4 months >,< You have to immediately contact me so I may relay your info. This is YOUR responsibility to keep track of your Monthly Collectibles.
    
    To those that didn't bother with keeping up contacting Gaia Online about a donation/purchase they made in the last Year. And just started contacting people about it now (via PM), a note. That records in most places (not just Gaia Online) are kept via 12 Months. If you're just contacting me now, after having submitted your own Feedback forms about your donation/purchase you made like say October of 2005. You stopped and didn't bother to keep up with it. Gaia won't be responsible if the record is null.
    
    Keep this in mind for those of you who didn't bother to keep taps on your donation/purchase with Gaia made last year. Gaia won't be responsible because records from a year ago will be nulled. So, keep TABS ON IT!
    
    
    
    
    
23. I made a purchase for 4 letters but got 4 extra letters. What should I do? Can I open those too?
    Let's say you made a purchase of $10.00 to Gaia Online. That entitles you to 4 Monthly Collectibles. The items are granted but you then see 4 extra Monthly Collectibles letters in your inventory for a total of 8 collectibles.
    
    Please do not open, gift, trade, or sell any of the extra items as this is a system glitch and exploiting that glitch could result in a ban on your account.
    
    If this occurs, please use the Contact Us form and send an email to Billing Inquiry and include your Transaction ID and/or order number and the number of extra items you were granted. Gaia staff will then remove the extra items from your account and let you know when it has been completed.
    
    
    
    
24. [ E-Check ] I'm making a purchase with an e-check/Echeck, will I get my letter?
    Gaia Online does not accept e-checks.
    
    
    
    
25. Can I wire money to GAIA Online and they pick it up at Western Union?

26. What is a Feedback Form?
    A Feedback Form is a way for Gaia users such as yourself to give feedback about the site, ask questions that can't be answered in the Q&A forum, need assistances on account related matters, and anything that might be of concern. Whether it be General Account Inquiry or Gaia Store Problems, Gaia Online values its users highly. The Feedback Form is also known to many as the Contact Us link.
    
    And if you haven't recieved your Monthly Collectibles and filled out a Feedback Form please give the Billing Inquiry Staff the suggested time to respond.

28. [ Site-Wide Knowledge ] What is a RollBack?

    Rollbacks occur when the administrative staff reset's an aspect of Gaia to how it was on a certain day. Think of it like a time machine. In this case, we will be going back in time to approximately 5:00 AM (pacific time) on May 9, 2005. The following pieces of Gaia will be going back in time:
    
    1. Gold
    2. Inventories
    3. Game Inventories (fish caught)
    4. Housing Suitcase
    
    Additionally, in an effort to prevent item duplication, and item loss, we will be canceling all trades and marketplace items on an administrative level. This means that any items you have placed into trades will be returned, any items placed in the marketplace will be returned, and any bids placed on items will be returned.

29. [ Conventions ] I made a purchase in person at (NAME OF...) Convention. When will I recieve my letters?
    If you made a purchase in person at the Gaia Online runned booth, you will recieve your Monthly Collectibles in 2 weeks or more..depending on the condition of Gaia Online. Remember, Gaia Online has to get back home (out of state/out of town) before granting any items. Gaia Online is off property during convention seasons.
    
    
    
    
30. [ Convention/Gaia Store ] I don’t want to make a purchase of Monthly Collectibles. Is there another way where I can help?
    Yes, there are other ways to help Gaia Online. You can also purchase things from the Gaia Store/GStore or during times when Gaia Online attends conventions. You can purchase Gaia related products from the Official Gaia Online booths (please see Convention's program guides). Convention schedules are different every year so always check the Announcement Forum or visit the Cosplay & Conventions forum’s stickie thread titled Official Gaia Online Panel list. All proceeds go towards the development and maintenance of Gaia Online’s fast growing site.
    
    
    
31. [ Convention ] What's the difference between and Official Gaia Online panel and an Unofficial Gaia Online panel?
    An Official Gaia Panel means the staff/developers/founders of Gaia Online will be attending the Panel which they host at the Convention. An Unofficial Gaia Online panel means users of Gaia Online created that panel because the Official Gaia Online wasn't able to attend the local convention. Thus, Unofficial means it's a user run event and any proceeds or purchases will not go towards the development of Gaia Online. Please be cautious of this.
    
    
    
    
    
32. Why is the Halo so expensive?
    Because the Halo is THE FIRST Donation Item (now known as Monthly Collectable) created on GAIA Online. And back in 2003, the Donation Method was to Thank the users of Gaia who helped...that is why it was rare and people back in 2003 were donating to GAIA Online for the PURE PURPOSE of helping out GAIA Online to stay online. No one on GAIA knew about the Thank You Letters till June 30th, 2003, when the admins surprised everyone that donated with these spiffy gifts as Thank You for helping out GAIA Online.
    
    Every item from March 2003 up till around August or September 2003 are rare due to the 2 per person donation restriction.
    
    
    
    
33. When is the last day to get those Monthly Collectibles?
    If you're making a purchase via Mail-In, please have your Mail-In sent before the month ends. This means, you have to send out your Mail-In Purchase 4 days BEFORE the end of the Month (Also, keep in mind Holidays will delay your POSTMARKING). Please remember, Gaia Online goes by Postmarked by the Postal Service.
    
    
    
    
    
34. (Mobile Purchase) I'm Purchasing by Mobile Phone, How long does it usually take the letters to arrive?
    Sometimes instantaneous, somestimes delayed...can't guarantee an exact time. Delay can occur.
    
    
    
    
35. (Mobile Purchase) I have a Pre-Paid/Prepaid mobile phone or card. Can I purchase monthly collectibles using that method?
    No, your mobile phone has to have a Billing Address for you to make a purchase via mobile method.
    
    
    
    
36. (Mobile Purchase) I didn't get my Letters after I've made a purchase and I've been billed? What now?

37. If I made a purchase and recieve a May 2005 letter and save it for October 2006, do I get an October 2006 letter??
    No, whether you save the letter for next year...the unsealed letter of the month you donated for is the month that letter is. In other words, you donated for May 2005, you open if in October 2006, that letter is still a May 2005 letter.
    
    
    
38. (Mobile Purchase) Does Gaia Mobile Monthly Collectible purchase supported all Phone services?

39. (Mobile Purchase) How come it cost more to purchase by Mobile?
    Unfortunately, Mobile Phone providers don't allow us to set our own prices for content, so we had to fit our pricing scheme within their wacky guidelines. To offset the weird pricing, we'll include a limited-edition premium wallpaper with each mobile Collectible purchase..
    
    
    
    
40. [Currency/International] I live in another country. What's the exchange rate?
    Use the Gaia Online's International Exchange Rate table is located after the confirmations, so they can total the conversion. (List is subject to changes) Please no coins.
    
    
    
41. Does Gaia Online accept International Mail-In Cash Purchases?
    As of October 2006, Gaia Online will now accept Mail-In International currency. Gaia Online will exchange it for you. But please remember, if Cash Purchases gets lost or stolen in transit, Gaia Online is NOT responsible for it. Please do not mail-in coins. Why? Because the Postal Service uses machines to process mail. Use this chart if you're unsure about the rate.
    
    
    
    
42. [Mail-In Purchases/International] Can I write a Check instead of mailing in Cash Currency or Purchasing a Money Order?
    You absolutely can! Just use the Gaia International Exchange Rate table located in the GStore > Monthly Collectible page or by simple clicking here. Remember the amount has to be equal to the currency of United States Dollar...use That chart!! A note that International Exchange Rate changes without notice, so if you're unsure please check that chart occassionally. Gaia is not responsible for cash purchases lost in transit.
    
    
    
    
43. [Mail-In Purchases/International] Why can't I put coins?
    The reason why you shouldn't mail coins is because the postal service uses a machine to postmark the mail. The machine will be run through wheels. If multiple coins were to run through the machine; 1. The machine might or will "tear" your envelope and cause the coins to be lost. Gaia Online or the Post office will not be responsible for lost or stolen coins purchases. That is why we ask Gaia users to not mail in coins.
    
    
    
    
44. I just made a purchase by Mobile/Paypal/Credit Card. Where do I pick it up?
    The Monthly Collectible Letter or Sealed Envelope will appear in your Inventory with [NPC] Rina's and admin PMing you (A note the NPC and admin's name is in COLOR). Same goes for those that made a purchase via Mail-In.
    
    
    
    
45. This is the first time I'm making a purchase to Gaia via Paypal and I've encountered this message: "This payment cannot be completed because your credit card has been denied by your credit card issuer. For details...." What do I do?
    (screenie) This usually means two things: 1. You recently canceled your credit card and the CC you're using is inactive. 2. Your CC company sees a purchase that's not normal for you. Meaning this is the first time you're making an Online purchase. And the CC denied that purchase because they think your card is being used by someone other than yourself.
    
    The steps to remedy is, is to call your Credit Card provider and ask them whats up. OR inform them that you're making an online purchase and has been denied and wondering why.
    
    
    
    
46. [ Year ] Is there a way where I can pay for the Monthly Collectibles to be granted every Month automatically, for the entire year?
    No. Gaia Online does not offer a subscription service. Since, monthly collectibles are granted both automatically and manually, that can not be possible. You will have to make a purchase of the Monthly Collectibles every month if you wish to acquire them.
    
    
    
    
47. Is there a limit to how much I can purchase? / My transactions is locked. / How many times can I purchase a Monthly Collectible from GAIA Online?
    Yes there is a limit. $200.00 is the limit for Monthly Collectible purchases...if too much is made trades and transactions will be locked. Reason for that is, well let's just say some people abuse the system and include false information to gain items.
    
    If you have had your trades and transactions locked, you can contact the admins about it via the feedback form. Make sure to choose "Billing Inquiry" from the subject line drop down menu so that your form gets sent to the right place. Explain your situation, and mention any recent purchases you've made before the problem occurred.
    
    *Arwen Note* Even if you didn't reach the $200 limit. People who purchased a lot of Monthly Collectibles within a month will see this message. This is to prevent false transactions.
    
    
    
    
48. Will there be more value in the future letters after December 2006?

    A: Normally, letters only contain a selection of two items. This one has three! For those of you who aren't so hot at math, that's one more item.

51. [ 2007 ] I wish to cancel an order. How do I do that?
    There's different ways to cancel an order. One way, IF it's a Mail-In order, you simply go to the My Orders page via the GStore link and cancel your order, simple as that. And don't worry about Rina's PM. The order will only be finalize if you send in your payment. If not, there's no need to worry.
    
    If it's Paypal, you have to cancel it through there, but you have to inform Gaia of that. If you recieve letters and then cancel...your actions will result in automatic banning of all related account(s).
    
    
    
    
52. [ Paypal ] This is the first time I've used my Credit Card but Paypal says my Credit Card is already registered with another account.
    If you recieve a message saying something like: There's a Paypal Account already opened with that credit card. And you know for a fact you NEVER opened a Paypal account. You'll need to contact Paypal and ask them to remedy the situation. Since it is a Paypal.com message, not a Gaia Online message. Here's the place where you'll need to contact Paypal at: HERE. 53. [ Feedback Form/Contact Us ] I've filled out a Feedback Form and still heard no reply. Should I fill out another one?
    It's best to not submit another feedback form. Doing so it'll just be another duplicate report. In the past it was recommended to submit another one if you haven't heard a reply. But you can only do so if it has been month(s) oppose to weeks or days. The Gaia Staff who's responding to the Billing Inquiries is going through them with care, so best to allow this process. Also, if you're reporting about a duplicate monthly collectible, please fill out a feedback form and leave the duplicate items alone. It will be remove with or without notifying you.
    
    
    
54. Do I have to fill out form, everytime I get the $200.00 limit?
    No, you don't have to. Simply ask to be on the White List the next time you encounter the problem. Fill out a Contact Us under Billing Inquiry and provide the needed information requested. Remember to give in detail what you're asking to be on.

    Business days usually mean Monday to Friday 8:00 am to maybe around 6:00pm. That's the general time most businesses are open til.
    
    
    
58. Why can't I simple use just a Credit Card?
    You are able to use a Credit Card to pay for Monthly Collectibles and Gaia Cash without having to use a Paypal account. This can be done by simply selecting on the Credit Card option as your prefer method of purchase. Upon checking out, you will be redirected to the Paypal website and the instruction will require you to input your Credit Card information.
    
    
    
    
59. So, the banners ads. How long do they go and when will I see them again?
    Ads on the site are on a 30 day basis, 30 days of ad-free from the date of purchase. It is not reset at the first of the month unless you happened to buy on the 1st of the month.
    
    
    
60. [ Gaia Cash ] I've just purchased a Monthly Collectible at the Gaia Cash store. But I haven't received my letter yet.
    Before you proceed, double check that you indeed purchased the Monthly Collectible. Simply by going to MY GAIA > GAIA CASH > VIEW YOUR ACCOUNT HISTORY. And a list of recent purchases will be listed...check that and if it's there and you can't find your letter. You need to fill out a Contact Us form under Billing Inquiry and provide the purchase time and what you purchased.
    
    Gaia Customer Service will respond to you via registered email. So check your email in 2 days.
