i know these are good improvements, but for some reason, gaia is loading more SLOWLY now. and i'm experiencing some problems. for example, my stuff doesn't go into my pack after i get it. overall, the site seems to have gotten a bit laggy to me. i look forward to this stuff getting fixed. thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm usually happy with the changes in Gaia or at least willing to give them time so I can adjust to them. But the new way the inventory is working is driving me crazy and very very annoyed.
Is there an idea of fixing the "dump the used item to the bottom of the inventory" thing? or at least fix the inventory so I can actually put stuff back in the place I want and not ending with it somewhere completely random? |

Way to go throwing the book at that phishing site.
 I know Gaia hasn't resorted to "legal means" very often in the past, but now fewer new players will be the target of thieving fiends. I'd Domo you if I were allowed; have a grunny ninja instead:  And thanks for the update! Also, thanks for fixing the quest for New Users; some of them have been a little frustrated by that non-recognition of their items. Way to fix stuff! Hard work is appreciated by all! heart |

Woah, a big phishing site got taken out via "legal means"? eek Something tells me somebody may have just gotten one of the biggest shocks they've had in a loooong time when that happened to them as I doubt they ever expected that would happen. Way to go Gaia!! mrgreen Also, I'm curious about what exactly was done to make the new claim under the "marketplace" heading happen? ninja It sounds like great news and all, but how it is being accomplished would be nice to know, like what was done to make trading safer? Love the thread, but sometimes a little more specific information about how the improvements are being accomplished would be nice. We don't need every little detail in this sticky, (though a link in this sticky to some place else where they ARE explained in great detail would always be nice, ninja ) but something more than just "We've improved X and made it more Y!" would be lovely, like "We've improved X and made it more Y through implementing measures A, B, and C!" Way to go!!! Thanks!!! The gaia staff is my role model because I plan to go into game design! Thanks for working so hard on the MMO! I know that this thread is not for this purpose but what is up with gifts? I missed a couple of my friends birthdays because it said it didn't work.

I think the site in general is running slower. And I really dislike the way the inventory is working. Things end up in my locker ... or in my house? I understand the need for change ... just looking forward to it all working right!

 I'm glad you posted this. I've been supporting Gaia and I have been positive about Gaia for four years now. When people talk about how "crappy" Gaia is, I tend to tell them how wrong they are, and the things you listed are general arguments as to why Gaia ISN'T getting worse. Thanks you for posting this so I have pure pwnage to throw out at ignorant fools. 3nodding |
