This is more of an inconveniance sweatdrop
I want to add a book title to my favorite reads. I'm aware of the limit to "4-40 letters after removing non alphanumerical sylabols" but it just so happens that the book title consists of 3 letters and 1 of them is non-alphanumerical. xp I'm sure the I's manga series counts as a favorite read, and since Gaia is slightly anime-based this would certainly fit into the right catagory. I'm hoping with enough complaints from people like me the Gaia staff might consider removing certain limitations from the "Interests Tags" section. Thank you for your consideration. xd |

Does anyone know when Gaia will need new moderators again? ^^ And I want to know what the requirements were, I'm unable to find them (except the being over 18 and violation of ToS parts)

"Sirtaki" Does anyone know when Gaia will need new moderators again? ^^ And I want to know what the requirements were, I'm unable to find them (except the being over 18 and violation of ToS parts) The only requirements really that we know are you need to be 18 (kinda a duh by now in this thread blaugh ), you need to have been on the site for at least a few months (amount of time is not actually given, but it's at least between 6 months to a year, as I was 6 months old when I applied but didn't hear back on my application until I was over a year old), and users are expected to be holding a good record on the site (no outstanding violations or previous bans). The other criteria though explained a little in this thread, is better left unexplained as it can manipulate how a user will act to get the job. Just be you, have fun, be helpful, and when apps open you should be ready to apply. |

And from what I understand, you just need to live on a green colored land mass. England counts ^_^ |

The Q&A Rules & Guidelines state that really you shouldn't ask us to PM you answers as then another user with the same question doesn't get it, and it's not good etiquette.
To answer your question, we do not know at this time when they will re-open. We're hoping by the end of the summer. There will be an announcement on the site when they do re-open. |

When the applications re-open (via announcements) you will be able to access the application and apply to be a mod. After that, Gaia Staff will review your information and decide if they want you on the team. From there you will either get a rejection PM, or an invitation to enter training. Upon completing training, you will become a Site Moderator.
