Profile Problem please help

I asked this before and no one seemed to answer. i would gladly appreciate it if someone could help me. i want to change my media for the old profile theme and i dont know how. i cant find out where to do it. there used to be a thing where you put the youtube link but i cant find it. im frustrated and confused.
