Private Message Screw Up... Help?

I don't know why, but it's not letting me send my PMs.

For five to ten minutes it's been saying:

Permission Error:

You cannot post a message so soon. Please wait and try again later..

BUT IT HASN'T LET ME SEND A MESSAGE FOR FIVE TO TEN MINUTES!!!

it's a glitch, a lot of people have had that happen, you have to just wait it out until you can send another one. Post your problem in the bug forum, because you aren't the only one having this happen.

i think its a glitch....just wait a little bit longer. if it keeps saying that, mention it to a side mod or admin.
