Present Box will not let me open it....

Hi, I have a huge problem. Yesterday for my birthday a good friend of mine gave me a present box with a nitemare headband in it as a gift, and everytime I try to open the box it shows me the headband, says congratulations, takes me back to my inventory, and the present box is still there, not the headband. It just will not let me open it up and take the item, and I have tried on two different computers. Can somebody please help me figure out how to get my present??? Thnx in advance.....

I think your friend may have refreshed during the gift process. That might have messed up the ID #'s or something like that.

Try this
Go to organize inventory
Highlight the present box
Give the present box to yourself
try and open it.
Maybe that will work.

Hmmm....I tried what you said, but Gaia will not let me send the gift to anyone, including myself...crap! Moderator, Admin, please fix present bug!!

hi i am having the same problem others are having i got gifts sent to me and i open them and when i go to my inventory the same gift i just opened appears there not opened plz help and fix this thanks u from a very dedicated gaian crying

I'm having the same problem as well. Opening the gift box shows the item within, but when I click on the inventory, the gift box is still there.

I've switched from Firefox to IE and still it's the same.

Any assistance will be appreciated greatly.

the more we post in the forums the more our problem will not be fixed u have to contact them directly so yea thats all i can say u can email them thru contact them

i send a giftbox to my other account coz the trading system were down a while ago
when im opening it my items were not showing up
im afraid to lost my d.anklets,2 demonic pawn,inari's beads,and many more mc items crying
