Please Help!

Okay, so, one of my friends on Gaia accidentally reported one of my "valentine cards" (aka a pm) because I marked it as anonymous and she thought it was some creep. I told her it was me, and now I'm really afraid that I'm going to get banned....Can anyone help? I haven't got one of those "you've been banned for this long" private messages yet though.....Does anyone know if you get banned automatically for getting a pm reported??

... Why would they ban you? Do you think that someone reviewing your friend's report would decide your valentine was the worst possible kind of behavior -- on the same level as, say, spamming porn all over the forums or something like that?

If there was nothing against the ToS in the Valentine, then you will be fine. However, your friend should be careful with sending in reports if the message wasn't against ToS at all, one can get in trouble for false reports.

Oh my gosh no! All I put in there was a few poems! Like, "Roses are red violets are blue" kinda thing....It was just silly valentines day stuff! It wasn't even bad!!! She just accidentally reported it cause she thought it was some stalker. Ugh.

What she's saying is you won't get banned lol
Moderators review reports and decide what to do. If you didn't violate any of the ToS then you won't get in any trouble. If you did violate something chances are at most you'll get a warning.

Just to note that if you did do something against the rules (which you didn't), moving all your items is considered ban evasion and will end up with both accounts being banned. smile
