My house won't load

I am having problems with my house. It dosen't show aanything on the My Gaia page and when I go to the house arranger it gives me an error. I am using IE as my browser. Can someone please help?

I just tried my house again and it still won't load. this is the error that it gives me:

There's always been a problem with the houses. Try going back to your house a few days later, or make sure your Flash Player is at the current version.

Flash is current, I've been trying for a couple of months now. And it won't let me get my stuff out of the house. It dosen't show up in my inventory at all. sad

Is anybody on the staff even listening? I thought it was just me but apperently there are a few people who are having this problem. It has been going on for months. What do you guys plan on doing about it? You are usually so quick to fix problems what happened?
