i had just bught a monthley colectable it wont let me open it, just gift it. wats rong with it?

if you bought the sealed envelope for July, then you can't open it until after the announcement on the 15th

Donation Items become unsealed after the 15th of every month and are available until the end of it. You can still open them after the month is over, you just can't purchase new ones. biggrin
