Gaia admin are actually hired by gaia. I believe you mean a gaia mod which is voluntary. Your in the right place-everything you need to know is available on the first couple posts.

If the application was closed, it should say something like "sorry but we do not accept application at the time". It must have meant that you cannot apply because your account was ban recently (a year or two?).♪♫♪

Bans are considered a serious offense, so you can't blame them for having the filter block those. sweatdrop

Except for the fact that what I was banned for was trolling, which is defined as intentionally posting something for the purpose of inciting a negative response. It's very difficult (read: impossible) to know someone's intentions via text, and the thread that I was banned for was not intended to piss people off. Now, if I had thought about it, I probably would have refrained from posting it.

So in essence, I was banned for making a mistake. Fair enough, I learned. But I'm still being punished for it 4 years later, and that's not cool.

Penguin: You could simply report your own thread and write in the box about how you need it moved to the correct forum. If you rather not do that then try PMing a moderator and kindly ask for it to be moved. ^__^

This may be a stupid question but moderators can still post in forums right? As in if i become a mod I can still discuss topics in ED correct?
