Is Gaiaonline Still Hiring?

How are you? I would like to Gaiaonline to be my first of many major job-opportunities. I'm a freelance graphic designer. I have years of experience with social-networking (ie: Twitter, Facebook, and ect.). My dream is become somewhat like Walt Disney. So I'm aiming high, and starting low.

So far, I've become well known for announcing my plans to:

1. Redesign the internet (only the major websites) by 2012.
2. Make a new social-networking site, at which people can send voice-messages & submit their own news-stories to the homepage of the website. It would be like a combination of Twitter, Digg, and Facebook.
3. Start a TV gameshow called, "Most Wanted Artist", in which top-artists from all over the world compete to work in the movie-business, music industry, and for major publications. It would be shown live online, as well as on cable TV.
4. Make an Internet-Themed Amusement Park & Tech Resort: Internet World Theme-Park (AKA InternetWWWorld).

It would be an honor to work for Gaiaonline before that project begins, and possibly get this company involved in the project as well. I don't have great experience with "online-marketing" since I'm sort of a beginner, put I can work for Gaiaonline as a marketer at Twitter & Youtube.com every day, if I'm hired to do so.
