I have been getting emails saying my account is having problems and to report it to the address inquiry@gaiaonline.com. Is this a valid Gaia address?

Yes, it's valid, though depending on the problem, I don't really recommend using the e-mail system... That can take a long time to be resolved... If you're having a particular kind of problem, I suggest using the feedback forms, found in the "contact us" link at the bottom of any page. 3nodding

inquiry@gaiaonline.com is a valid address, but don't hit reply to answer the emails you get - if you're going to answer it start a blank email and manually type the address in. There have been a few incidents of spoofed email headers lately.

I can't connect to the rally,fishing,slots and my housing items are not being saved and i can't go to my house our outside and i can't see the gaia and the housing items sometimes multiply into 2 but when i take it out two of the housing items will be gone
