but the odd thing is that the last login date is still the last time that i got on O.o.....

I got hacked without knowing, a person made scam topics on my account and got reported and banned. I mailed the gaia admins a few times, explaining my whole situation, sending everything i knew. And you know what? They didn't give a crap about it. They let me be banned. I thought they could track down the IP thats being used but aparantly gaia admins don't have the time to help people who have been banned innocently because there was a hacker on their account.

So yeah, if I ever get banned again because someone hacks my account and makes scam topics on the forums, I am NEVER EVER going to get back on gaia again.

Depends. I lost one of my domain names and hence, couldn't get email at the original address this account would have been at. There's lots of instances when people can't get to their old email for whatever reason.
