I have had the "You have been reported," thing happen to me. I knew it wasn't an admin. I have been on gaia for 2 years now. (Although I moved to a new account because of spammers/flamers) First thing I did was report him/her. I have one question though.. What if they are only mules? What about the main that owns that account. I need some help on how to spot the main.

Just a few other ways to stop someone from stealing you pw and hacking your account....

REMEMBER IF YOU HAVE A MULE DO NOT USE THE SAME PW FOR BOTH ACCOUNTS!!!!!!!

It'll just make your unhacked account more vulnerable to hackers/ pw scammers.

I got hacked about a year or more ago on my other account and I didn't know about the hacker report, but I did report the message. I was online when they were hacking me and I tried to fight it, but they finished after I got offline. I harassed them on yahoo messenger and they threatened me so when they hacked my account they changed my account name to uglyfreak22876. I still can't believe I fell for it. I never got my stuff back and I started using this account which used to be my mule account.

Yes they do. They'll say they're sending you something worth a certain amount of gold, but they'll send it in a gift box. This is, 9 times out of 10, a scam. If they say they will not take it out of the box and send you the item alone, then, AND ONLY THEN, they should be reported.

I guess this is why I never earn gold on purpose. If im earning gold I try to earn as little as I can. If I ever do something as stupid as fall for a hack, Well one that had never been done, and I had lots of items/gold and I was ultra-addicted to Gaia. That would just be stupid. As-well as the fact I will never spend real money on Gaia, i'f i ever got banned/hacked while using real money for gaia, im talking about Gaia Cash Cards and Monthly C's. Thats why I never use real money or try to earn gold unless its below 200k. Other than that I liked this thread.
