help with zomg how do i make a crew(sloved)

i would like to know how do i invite people to crew,allso is there a easyer way then looking the name up on the list and hopeing u find the name u want,so i can find the people i want,allso how do i tell if my name is on my list or if i am listed as looking for a crew.
