I'm now having serious problems getting into my account and am beginning to feel really upset about this. On Monday last week I realized I didn't know my password so I decided to sent a password email to myself. I however never received this email after waiting around 1 hr. So I logged back in to check if my email was correct and it was. Then my brother stupidly deleted my cookies on the computer so I could no longer get in.

I have sent a message to Gaia & a mod but so far no such luck. Will I ever get my password back? I have re-sent for that email twice or so everyday. Gaia is not blocked from my hotmail and it should and has worked fine in the past gonk
WHY is this happening? Comfort please? I really miss my main (This is some random account I created when I very first joined Gaia)

Nope just checked then, my email works fine. gonk
I just want it back, I don't mind waiting but it's just I don't want to lose it.

emo I don't know what to do, I don't think many/anyone has ever had this problem before as it isn't in the FAQ or anything.

Do you have another browser that the password could of possibly been saved on?

I know that if you use Firefox it has a list of all your passwords.
Tools>Options>Security>Show passwords.

i sad 4 u. i hope u get your pw back. mybe there is just long delay to get a new pw by email? i know i have had to wait till next day on some accounts before.

Thank you Aabye and Zeri for your replies - I had to go to bed D;

I wish I could check my firefox passwords now but mother broke my computer this morning. Luckily I don't think my IP will change from swapping computers (I'm now stuck with the one that has vista gonk ) + I lost my history assignment. Oh joy 4laugh

If I can't get into it for another couple of weeks & that computer gets fixed I'll try doing the password thing you mentioned. Thanks for telling me about it though, I wasn't aware it existed.
