Users unable to access forums (and guilds) November 4th
Many, many users are currently unable to access forums or guilds. This problem appears to have started approximately two days ago. At the same time, Gaia Towns, the maps and the pm system all work perfectly fine. The exact reasoning for this is currently unknown. Some users are reporting success in disabling their firewalls or switching to an alternate one, but this is not a fix all. (It is also VERY RISKY to turn off your firewalls completely, because it leaves your computer open to a lot of unpleasant things). We are aware of this problem, as are the admins and the programmers and it is being looked into at current time. If you know someone with this error please let them know that we are aware of their situation.

Pm's were down for everyone for multiple hours. Issue now Resolved.

Many users are reporting that they seem to be stuck getting this message continually and are therefore unable to post to the forums. There are no workarounds at this time. The issue is being looked into. This thread:

My thread subscriptions are gone! June 19th
If you lost subscriptions to some threads when the new forum code was updated, these will probably not automatically come back at any point soon. However, you should be able to re-subscribe to these threads.
Unable to receive PM's: Feb 02
Update July 11: This should be fixed now.

Memberlist errors May 8th
The memberlist is currently not working for names. Some searches for names turn up nothing, despite the fact that users with that name do indeed exist.
Workaround (partial): Using the search function and searching for a person's threads/replies allows one to locate a person who has posted recently. Some looking through threads may be necessary and it will not work if user has never posted or been inactive for a while.

Those will hopefully come back, though it cannot be guaranteed. Staff is still working on recovering some of the thread and post information that was misplaced during the implementation of the new forum code.
My posts were timewarped! June 19th
After implementation of the new forum code, posts in many threads that had been edited were reverted to former versions of the posts. It is unknown at this time whether or not these 'timewarped' posts will eventually be restored to the most recent versions as of the time of the forum code going live.
Error Removing Items from Inventory, refresh trade window and try again Aug 15
This error was thought to be fixed, but many users are still reporting it. Users who get this error are advised to attempt trading items individually, since there are some indications that the error may be linked to specific items, not specific accounts. Additionally, if there is only one item in your inventory, it might help to place another item into your inventory and then try trading again.
Bank Trading Error Jun 30
When trading, some users are getting the following error message: "
Trade confirmation failed because trade number ______ had already started." Currently being worked on. Many users have said that adding 1gold to the other side of the trade sometimes will allow it to go through without erroring. This is not a guaranteed workaround. The error will usually go away after several days or a week on its own.
Giftwrap/Engraving Down Mar 12 (updated Sept 7)
Currently, items cannot be giftwrapped or engraved. When trying to perform either function, the following error message is received: "Item cannot be found in your inventory. Please refresh your page and try again" There are no known fixes at this time.
UPDATE: Giftwrapping is functional now, but engraving is still not possible. It is not recommended that you use the giftwrapping function, as the giftwrapped boxes may still be unopenable.
Gaia Towns Down Dec 4th
Gaia Towns is currently not functioning properly. Nearly all or all users are unable to access towns, though some have reported being able to access it. For those experiencing trouble a "Setting Permission" bar appears and does not go away. Cause is unknown but the issue is known.

Signature Restore over charge glitch November 10th
Users who have had their signatures disabled have been experiencing problems with their profiles overcharging them to restore their signatures, apparently that it increases with every profile visit. The admins and developers are aware of it and are looking into the problem.
This problem should now be resolved
Game-Item Exchanges/Selling not working Dec 22
Users are getting the error message: "cannot parse store_key." when attempting to exchange flowers, trash, bugs, or fish at the NPC stores.
No Flowers in Towns? Dec 22
Many users are reporting that no flowers seem to be appearing currently on the Gaia Towns maps. Cause is unknown at this time. (Wasn't a glitch... flowers were unavailable while it was snowing on the maps.)
