Can you unfreeze these items? The ones with the Blue padlocks next to them. I don't want to keep them, I want to be able to sell them, but I can't. crying And this is making me a very sad hippopotamus.

How do you remove them?

Assuming you're referring to the Aquarium decorations and backgrounds, go to your Aquarium and hover over the decorations and you'll see an [x] appear. To remove the decorations, click the [x]. As for the background, the [x] is on the top right, if you want to get rid of the Aquarium background altogether.
