I'm forgot the password to my mule account, so I went to the forgot your login page, submitted my email address, and was notified that my Gaia account info's been sent, but when I check my email, there's nothing in my inbox. can anyone help, please?

He's not talking about your email.

He's talking about your mule. It could have been hacked and they changed the email to which the stuff is sent.

Resend it. Make sure you're logged into the right email account. I've confused my mule email and my regular one before.
