Can anyone give me a direct link to creating a support ticket? The knowledge base is jacked up. The article pertaining to getting more information is incorrect and doesn't lead to what you want which is making a support ticket to be looked at by staff.

That's likely a result of your browser still having cached information for the Help Center. Clear out your browser's cookies and that should let you get in to file a new ticket. If it still fails, you can also try typing "contact us" in the search box.

Thanks for the reply, I did the steps provided and it still didn't work however I realized Gaia uses Parature which is a completely horrible ticketing system for users. I used to have a help deck job that used it and every 45 minutes or so something would crash on it.. >_> Anyway I just kept trying and eventually I was able to create a ticket.
