I just bought from Sam's Body Parts the "Concept Car."

It is "soulbound" to me yet it says that it can be used on my car, yet I do not see it in my inventory.

Does anyone know how to use this item?

concept car is just another car.
you can buy a pirate or tank decal for it and equip it to the concept car
     
Donators and are in my journal
main quest ----> 2 Seracila Pendant
side quest ----> black inks 88/500
Also accepting any unwanted inks and bugs
