Welcome to Gaia! ::

I have an old thread that I made back in 2005 and I am hoping there is some way to insure that it will never get deleted. It's like my childhood progression with all my friends (internet and real) caught in writing. Anyways I like to go back and read sometimes cause it's funny. Anyone know if there is a way I can save my (most likely dead for life) thread?
And what the hell is with all the horny threads? Aren't there normal role players on Gaia anymore? Like taverns where people chill and fight? All I see in threads are spank girl tavern and kitties lesbian bar and how big is your d**k. Is that just what Gaia has become?
Try subscribing to it. Most of the time, thread do not get purposely deleted, but get moved to some ancient archive to make room for newer threads. 2005 is far back, but I did hear subscribing to it and maybe (not sure) bumping it rarely (like once a year) might keep it from being lost.
I have been trying to drop a reply in there occasionally, but it was a good year and a half or two years since I have been on last. It's still there and I'm subscribed already, but I was just wondering if there was a way to make sure it's locked or something.
I don't think we have a specific feature, but you could possibly take screen shots of the significant pages or copy and paste the text to some word program to save them for posterity. You could hire someone regular to bump it for you yearly or something.
Hmmm. Well I'm much too lazy to attempt to save 2800 pages of conversation. Or to sift through that all for the juicy stuff. Haha but those are excellent suggestions. Thank you. =]
